Noise level in bar traveled to both my first room and the second room they switched me to on another floor. Poor building design and sound issues. Cleaning of main floor bathrooms was negligent even after I pointed it out to a worker outside the lobby bathroom.
No toilet paper in my stall, no soap in any of the soap dispensers, and no hand towels coming from the 3 towel dispensers. There was a nearly empty soap container on the counter along with one paper towel roll for 3 sinks. I was there 1/17to 19 and it was the same all days. This was the bathroom by their restaurant area.
They only clean your room if you request it. The room was basic. Pillows not soft. No closet but just a cabinet for storage. Noisy heater window unit. Tv didn't work in first room but later fixed as I was switching rooms. No hairdryer in second room but employee brought me the one in my old room upon request.
Just avoid this place. I was there with relatives celebrating a family reunion and none of us liked it. Marriott can and should do better.
