    We loved sitting outside and watching dolphins and birds on the St. John’s River. We appreciated the nice touch of throw blankets for the chilly mornings on the deck. House and beds were very comfortable.

It was a little too chilly to use the pool during our stay, but it was clean and ready upon our arrival. The location felt safe and secure and we would stay here again if ever back in the area.

    My wife and I scheduled a vacation to fish and enjoy vehicle accessible beaches. This place was perfect! Nice restaurants nearby, even a ferry to cross the river south to Jacksonville. The house was clean, with a pleasant layout. I would recommend this place and plan a future return.
