Hair in bed. Sheets not changed. Shower draining popped out and almost twisted my ankle in drain . Was off 10,000 Pt by Front desk manager that never honored. Could have easily had a Lawyer file personal injury case. However, actually a fan of the brand and Settled for the little 10k pts which they did not even provide. Will not stay again and may reconsider filing personal injury claim

We exclusively stay at the Sheraton Jacksonville when travelling to/from NC to southern FL. Conveniently located near I95, clean rooms, pet-friendly, and the most hospitable, fun, and knowledgeable bartender we've ever met! He always makes us feel welcome and is the bright spot of our stay!
