Good Place

A very nice place to stay if you are in town for an event near Maggiano’s. There’s a nice sitting area behind the hotel that overlooks a lake with lots of seating. Pool is also very nice. Good showers and comfortable.

Had I known I would probably have not booked with them again and found something a little cheaper. I understand it’s a policy, but it was a completely honest mistake and it would have given me a nicer opinion of a company that showed some forgiveness.

Greeted at check in by a member of staff who said he was having to ‘run the show’ and there was nobody who could make up our sofa bed (as we’d requested bis the Expedia app chat) Weren’t made aware of the $5/night parking fee, although only a small charge, still not good!
