Most of the place was dated. The amenities were closed or out of order. They take a deposit that takes a little bit to recover. There was also a good handful of homeless people out front, many of whom were likely on drugs.

This is not a good place to stay. The lock for the outside door was broken. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana real bad inside the hallways. Dirty room and no toilet paper in room. Front desk staff was not accommodating.

Expedia advertising states breakfast and there was not even a continental breakfast. coffee and small packaged muffins. Providing breakfast is always a determining factor for me booking a hotel. i was disappointed and felt this was misleading

The pictures of this property were old or not updated. The hallways and room smelled terrible. Rust was on the refrigerator, drawers were broken and bathtub was severely stained. Trashed was piled up in the stairwell and the most concerning issue was people were literally sleeping in the stairways. I went to go down the stairs on the morning of checkout and could not walk down the stairs due to people laying and sleeping all in the way.

The room I stayed in was not well taken care of. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was pealing. Exterior was dirty and had cigarette buds all over. I had no issues with keeping my dog in the room with me.

The smell of marijuana everywhere, fans are going inside to dry carpet, room was dirty, smelly, the picture on the wall was Brocken. Non-living condition. We left right away. Outside drunk/homeless people. Orbitz first refused to help us with refund, saying it was not refundable. We went back to the hotel and made them refund the money. Orbitz later apologized. We had horrible experience with the hotel and Orbitz service.

The hallway was nasty. Leaves, dirt and stains all down the hallway. The exterior door did not lock. Anyway could enter at anytime of the night. The room was a nonsmoking room but the cigarette smoke was so bad that we used a whole can of Lysol spray just to be able to stay in the room. The microwave did not work and one of the cabinet doors was missing in the kitchen and one missing in the bathroom. We will not be staying in a studio six suites ever again. Very dissatisfied

Doors were locked when we arrived late due to flight delay. Had to call expedia to track someone down to let us in. Given room with single bed, but needed and reserved a two bed room. Hotel could not switch rooms because full. Shower did not work. Very dirty everywhere. Avoid.
