Ok, I’m not OCD, but I am a clean freak. No need to worry here, not at all. I realize I had forgotten our lovely personal sleeping pillows at home... oh no... but then I remembered it’s Indigo, and they have top of the line pillows and clean beds. No worries, we slept like babies. Wish there was a TV guide but otherwise... wonderful.

I was a late check in and received the infamous "room between the elevator shaft and the ice machine" that every hotel seems to have. I don't know why hotels keep putting sleeping rooms up against these noisy places. There was a whooshing sound and intermittent banging that went on most of the night. I got very little sleep. The front desk said that they were completely full and couldn't move me. It was very unfortunate because everything else was lovely. I don't think that I will be going back.

I reserved a room at this hotel based on the reviews and rating and was not disappointed. The property was convenient, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and sincere. The restaurant and room service were reasonably priced, easy to order, and arrived quickly. We really enjoyed our stay, and if were required to report at least one thing we didn't like, it would be the parking. This was not a deal breaker, but we had clear weather during our stay.If it were to be raining, you might definitely want to take your umbrella as it might be long walk from your car to the door. But I wouldn't let this stop you from booking a room here, just don't forget your umbrella, or ask for one at the desk, I bet they would have one :-)

Forth time staying at the Indigo, they are consistently good. We utilize the handicapped rooms, makes life easier with the shower bench. The breakfast menu is perfect and the wait staff are very attentive. The setting is beautiful, not listening to highway traffic when you sit on the patio. Walkable restaurants and shops. The only place to stay when you visit Jacksonville.

I have stayed at several motels in the immediate area and found this property and staff hands down the best by far.

This place was so nice! Quite,Clean and great location! I cant wait to come here again!

I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely stay again in the future. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. The room have no carpet, with well placed floor rugs. The bathroom has a large shower, with multiple lighting sources without the noisy vent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel has a bar. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers a variety of choices for breakfast with reasonable prices.

I did not have high expectations as the Indigo is listed as a three star hotel. For my purposes it was perfect. Hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. My room was immaculate - clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. I would definitely stay there again.

I dont see why not to return to Hotel Indigo this is the first hotel I've stayed at and did not want to leave. I do not like Jacksonville for other personal reasons but the staff the view it felt like I was on a island. I loved and will return.

As former residents of Jax, we love the Southside/Gate Parkway area. Indigo was visually pleasing from the lobby to room experience. Hardwood floors were different and I dropped some change and the TV remote once. This was very loud in our room and my apologies to the folks under us on the second floor. I don't know that noise is an issue because we didn't hear a peep. Air conditioning is very important to us and ours worked flawlessly. Coffee..... Ah.... Keurig machines in every room finally made for a great in room coffee experience. This is so hard to find. Great stay!

The one and only thing that could possibly make this hotel better is if they offered a complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, I have never been disappointed in the Indigo hotel chain! This hotel is walking distance of many restaurants. I highly recommend Seven Bridges Brewery!

My husband and I have stayed here twice now. We highly recommend it. It is in a beautiful area with great shopping nearby, including restaraunts. Cheesecake Factory is a must! We hope to stay here again next year for our birthdays. It is a great location for traveling into St. Augustine as well.

All of the staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious. We loved the hardwood floors in the room and the outdoor areas were beautiful.

Reasonable place to stay within the greater Jacksonville area. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Nice plaza of local upscale restaurants within walking distance. Gym is small with minimal equipment. Rooms are okay and clean.

We always book the Hotel Indigo for our Triathlon weekend. The area is perfect, lots of choices for dining and anything you need is close. This time we found a surprise, stains on the curtains that were pulled back. It didn't look like it anyone had tried to clean it. That didn't stop us from enjoying the comfy bed and nice bathroom. We will be back next year!

We came in for the night from St. Peterburg, Fl for our daughters high school graduation. What a wonderful hotel. It has a European feel in a beautiful setting surrounded by red brick streets and a gorgeous lake. The decor of our room and hotel was bright and airy. It's very close to great shopping and restaurants at the Town Center. Hotel Indigo will be our destination the next time we are in Jacksonville.

Reception staff friendly and room was much more than I expected, Service a bit slow in the dining area, but food was good. Only downsize was one time they forgot to bring fresh towels. Pool a bit small, but exercise room really well equiped. Overall, well worth the money. Carl Denny

I stayed here overnight while in town for a wedding. It was close to the wedding venue, service was great, room was super nice and clean, Aveda products in the bathrooms, giant walk in shower, hardwood floors, free parking, free wifi, and friendly staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Clean and new hotel, and unlike some places I have stayed, I didn't hear people in the halls. Very private, and located adjacent to a shopping area with cute restaurants and shops.

Everything was just great. The entire experience was wonderful. Great place to stay.

Hotel was amazing! Super nice, super clean, and very affordable. Was easily accessible to I95 as well.
