Some woman’s lingerie was hanging in the bathroom and leftover pizza in the refrigerator.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The floor in the room was a bit sticky.

I enjoy the time in this hotel .. Nice area and nice service for the price..

I was in a hurry when I booked this and believed other ratings without reading through reviews. Place was adequate for one night and in a quiet location. However, we were on the bottom of the three floors and excessive noise above and on the outside stairs kept us awake until very late. I should have sensed the cheapness of the place when I walked in to check in and saw water bottles being sold for $1.50 each. The breakfast was the cheapest crap I have EVER seen. White bread and cheap cereal, which wasn't that surprising but when all they could offer for the coffee was POWDERED CREAMER I was disgusted. And to top it off, while I was drinking my coffee with a little milk from the cereal bar (that I had to ask for because the pitcher was nearly empty) I started enjoying a TV show. They came in and quietly cleaned up because it was that time. However, when they walked up and turned the TV off mid sentence and said "the breakfast area is now closed" I decided that the concept of hospitality was miles away. I would never stay here again. My sister called it a "flophouse." Better than being homeless but not exactly in the line of luxury.

Awful beds, dirty floors, paper-thin walls, constant commotion, terrible breakfast. Slept in car.

Spent one night here. There was trash outside one of the rooms which sit overnight. My room was clean but my bedsheet had a hole in it. A comfortable stay but the whole place felt a bit rundown.

The staff sucks...they booked me into a room that was already occupied smh.

They took $50 for a deposit and 8 days later still have not returned it . Did not offer any time frame when I called for an explanation except “ just wait another day ..” that was THREE days ago !

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and fair to all guests. There was a confrontation at the pool that was handled quickly and professionally. Will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived hotel parking lot was jammed with guests?? Grilling and Drinking EVERYWHERE. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Noise from highway was unbearable. I understand this is a budget hotel. If you have kids or family stay elsewhere.

Nice, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. We reported it shortly after check-in. No one came! We called again later, and still no one came! At check-out we told the desk attendant again, and he shook his head and said, "Good to know." Not promising and very inconvenient for us.

Stayed for about 3 weeks for business. Rooms were remodeled and nice and pretty clean, but the hotel itself is a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. Staff is awesome. Breakfast is typical. Coffee is good. Exercise room is not good. Here’s a big thing, with regards to reviews of other hotels in this price point. No sketchy characters around. Never felt unsafe. The hotel is on the other side of the highway from the usual Fast food places, so they are not within walking distance, but it is safe to be out and about to get some exercise. Finally, no bugs. Which is a big deal in Florida, I am told!

Decent hotel room for the money! Just as advertised and in a decent area!

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom seemed clean.

We stayed here for a concert downtown. It was nice for the price. I did have one complaint. When we got there, we were informed there was only one elevator (which is located in the lobby). After returning from concert, we needed to use the ATM to pay the Uber. The lady at the desk was very rude and short explaining to me I could not walk in the lobby. On account that is where the ATM AND elevator are, it is INSANE to lock up the lobby. We were not told in advance there would be no use of atm or elevator which would’ve been appropriate.

I got to the hotel late in the night. I went to the room that was given to me, the bed was not spread and still warm from someone being/laying in the bed. The tv was on as if though the person/staff was relaxing in my room watching tv and being under the covers that is suppose to be cleaned and ready for guest.... That is very disgusting and nasty to give a room to someone that was not cleaned. BE WARE! I wouldn't recommend staying here, You might find a staff in your bed!

Our first stay in this hotel & quite hard to find at night esp for old people like us. The elevator smelled cigarette smoke terribly, we had to cover our noses & held our breathes until we got off. We could not sleep well as people from the outside balcony were talking loud.
