I have stayed here several times. Was disappointed this time. The microwave would not work, the tv remote would not turn off tv, channels now are very limited unless you pay, the bathroom had a lot of hair on shower and floor and hair dryer, there was also a mix-up with my breakfast order. It was given to the wrong customer. This was the first time I ate at the Bistro. I usually give this place a 5 but, unfortunately, not this time

Great room. The only negative I can say is that there was no one at front desk when n i went to check in and I couldn't find anyone nearby and had to wait for someone to finally get there. It wasnt too long a wait, but it was confusing.

Staff responded quickly to request for attention to sink that did not drain well, toilet seat that was loose and no hair dryer in the room. Housekeeping was fantastic. It was quiet and safe. Waitstaff in cafe/bar were great. Convenient to the locations needed for me to conduct my business.
