Definitely doesn’t look as advertised. Disappointed with the quality.

Location is good, that's about it. That hotel needs a do-over.

Im writing this review so hopefully one can choose to go elsewhere if they are concerned about covid and cleanliness. Also a unexpected security deposit of $100 was taken and not needed in my opinion with such a dilapidated state of this hotel. Room stocked with only 2 towels, dirty elevators with no social distancing signage, breakfast not open at time stated. Only positive was it was close to our venue.

Great breakfast, nice facilities. Will return. It was surprisingly nice for the low price.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast but the a/c didn’t get very cold in my room. I mentioned it to front desk but was told maintenance was gone. The front desk called me next day to ask if I knew I had left my stuff there. I had to inform them I was leaving the following day. She said she was sorry that she called but it was correct on the computer. Then of course I worried about my stuff all day as I was out and about. Easy check out since I used Orbitz but only 1 person working at front desk and there was a line of 5 people waiting. I’ll stay there again if I travel to Jax again.

I only didn't like that I saw one bug in the days i was there.

I was unhappy to find the restaurant and bar closed so had to go out to find dinner elsewhere

Easily booked online, good breakfast. Close to highway.

The food was cold for it just being prepared, but overall it was a great stay.

My room smelled like a urinal and the bathroom tiles were dirty.

Location was great. entry way smelled like cat piss restaurant was only open for a breakfast buffet which was low budget

Out dated smells bad room didn’t have towels front desk said I had to wait until the next morning when housekeeping arrived

The price I booked at was not the price that was charged to my card
