A main elevator is broken. Had to switch rooms due to loud people and broken outlets. That said front desk staff is nice and helpful.

The staff was very nice. Checking in and out. The lobby had no air. I was burning up waiting to get checked in/out so I know they are miserable. The room smelled when I walked it. It was the bathroom. It smelled like pee. The toiled bowl did not look like it had been cleaned. There was also red stuff on the wall which was concerning. Lots of people sitting drinking outside. The side entrance did not work even with my key.

The first room we was in was nasty and killed two roaches in less than a minute. So they moved us to Another room and the sheets were Nasty and had food And stains all over them, the floor Looked like it hadn’t mopped in months!!!!

The wifi wouldn't work. I told the clerk at the front desk and she assured me that it was fine. I asked her to just reboot it and she refused to do that, or anything else. I've connected to wifi in dozens of other hotels, so it was their system. Aside from that it was a mostly ok-ish place.

There were roaches on the bathroom floor. The furniture is worn and outdated. The breakfast was not a great selection. There was mold around the bath tub. Very disappointing place.

The first room they put me in had used hypodermic needles in it roaches I will never stay there again

Nothing to like. The faucet wasn’t attached to the sink. There were no plugs except one outlet on the desk. The shower curtain wouldn’t even close without coming off the rod. The tub was dirty.

Well kept- clean Access was easy from highway provided handicap parking near door NOT yards away

Only one of the two elevators worked. The beds needed more pillows per person. The housekeeping ignored the DO NOT DISTURB on the door. Sometime around 8:30am on Christmas Eve morning. I stay here a few times a month and never have major problems. Overall,It is a good hotel for the price and location. And it took 3-4 hrs for the room to get warm and it was 50°F outside.

It was OK for a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower. You have to be willing to overlook a lot of maintenance issues. Our A/C worked great and cooled the room down by the time we returned from dinner. And we slept pretty well.

The price was reasonable but the front desk host wasn't very sociable.The room was comfy but there was no fridge or microwave in the room for convenience . The ice machines on each floor were all not working.

Facilities and decor old. Obviously not cleaned well. Bottle cap on floor. Toilet not well cleaned. Couldn’t take a bath because drain plug broken.
