I understand the signs about no smoking, etc but it makes the place feel less “homey”. I don’t think the dishwasher works with hot water. Not many glasses in the kitchen. Already mentioned the electrical hazard in backyard. On the positive side, there is lots of space in the bedrooms and master bathroom is big. Backyard has nice area for sitting outside.

Was doubting the stay due to pictures on file, but once we got there the house was very spacious and felt very homey. Will definitely be looking forward in the future to booking this property again for future stays.

Cleanliness issue

Our stay was for about 5 days give or take. To start with the cons, the first thing we noticed upon arriving was that the house was just not clean at all. We walked in to hair all over the staircase, dangling from the stairs, on the toilet seats, hair in towels. We had a baby with us that crawled and everytime we picked him up from crawling, he had a bunch of hair and dirt in his hands. We addressed the issue with the property manager who was very apologetic and helped us resolve the issue. There were 3 broken chairs and none of the TVs in the house actually worked, cable didn’t connect to any live channels. The refrigerator ice maker was non-functioning, the door of the fridge kept beeping throughout our stay with a message that the door was open but it wasn’t. As for some pros, the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, cups, coffee, sugar packets, creamers, the bathrooms had a good supply of toilet paper, there were plenty of towels for us. The outdoor patio is a really nice place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Overall I probably would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The property manager should oversee the cleaning crew or check out the property after they leave to assure cleanliness.

We had much ease with this rental and with the property owners. The property was as described, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had one issue with the house while we were there, but the owners worked on it until it was fixed. We greatly appreciated their attention!

Really amazing home away from home

This place was very spacious, super quiet, well-decorated. It had all of the amenities I was looking for, and more. The backyard was larger than I expected and I loved the covered dining area outside. The bedrooms roomy, private, and cozy. There were only 2 of us on the last trip, but it could easily fit 6 or more. The televisions were updated, 4K video and we hooked our XBOX up to it that we brought. The bathrooms were oversized and the equipment was modern, including integrated bidets. I will definitely try to stay there again. It's really a great place2
