I am so glad I stayed here. Clean facility, free parking, clean rooms, extra towels. Breakfast was delicious.
Good short stay before our early morning flight. The hotel charged a $5.85 extra fee after checkout. I called to inquire and they said they would credit it but they have not done so. Grab and Go breakfast had a moldy bagel in the bag.

We did not know you had to call ahead for the shuttle. We waited a hour and 30 minutes for one. Finally, a man from another Hampton transported us to this facility. He felt bad for us.
The parking lot had broken window glass everywhere. There was a sign that said park at your own risk. When we entered the guy checking us in was nice but did not listen, we asked for rooms NOT on the freeway side, he told us all about the breakfast, the amenities and then..... gave both of us on the noisy freeway side. The rooms were old and dirty, NOT what I expected for a king suite. The place was so bad we left a day early with prepaid rooms. The area and the hotel were dirty and disappointing.
Close to the airport and close to the freeway entrances/exits. I arrived rather late for my check in due to airline delays. Alex, the front desk supervisor was extremely helpful checking me in when i got to the hotel. His total attitude and manners were on point. Thank you so much. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would 100 percent stay here again.
Run down, room looked like it had not been cleaned, beds looked sat on, pictures on walls broken, lamps falling apart yellow, gap on floor between dirty carpet & laminate, a/c would not cool past 75. Discovered glass all over ground where 2 cars were parked next to ours the night before. No way we would leave our veh there for a week while we flew out of IAH. Booked this location in error. Ghetto unsecure Do not stay here!
Decent place, be aware the airport shuttle only runs until 9:00 pm…
We only stayed one night as we were traveling to our destination for a wedding. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again if I am ever back in that area again.
So when we first got there the tv wasn’t working. So we had to wait to be moved to another room all while my 6 month old is ready to fall asleep and crying non stop. We were hoping to get our room and go to sleep but that didn’t work.
The room and the pool was decent. Plastic on walls was a turn off.
I really like that way Sharon the receptionist helps out. What I didn't like and they need to improve that ASAP was the cleanness of the rooms. My room was discusting long hair in the tub, control remote was all smear with dirt or chocolate i hope was that the place was gross.
