We were shocked that there was no shuttle to the airport. The uber cost $35 one way - the hotel manager said that people are often mistaken because there are 3 Hampton inns around the Houston airport. We stayed at a different one last year and thought that’s what we were booking again. Make sure you confirm there is free shuttle before booking if that’s important to you.
