Stayed here on business. Rooms were clean. Good location for the north-west of Houston. Breakfast was pretty good, (not enough bacon though!). Staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially the girl behind the desk.
We had an issue with our first room where the AC wasn't working. Night manager Helena went above and beyond to get us settled in. She could tell we were exhausted from driving rather than putting us in another room with possible issue she upgraded us to a suite without hesitation. Excellent experience at this hotel.
Me and another person were putting two dogs on a flight so they could go home to their owners. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and nice. Check in was very easy and fast took no time at all which is always nice. Check out was the same fast and easy. Good Job guys!
Superior job from a superior chain of hotels. Their experience shows in the quality of the product made available to clients. Always enjoy a comfortable stay at Hilton. The breakfast is always great and the bed is even better. Five Star!!!!
Disappointed by this hotel. It is not up to the usual standards I expect at Hampton Inn. The beds are saggy and too soft. The Hampton duvet is gone and replaced with an uncomfortable, too heavy comforter. Usually there are a range of pillows but instead all are uniformly too soft. 1 light does not work. There was no binder in the room with hotel information or tv channels. The closet doors don't open sufficiently-poorly designed. The third floor hallways and elevator are not air conditioned. The tv is direct tv which gives you lots of paid programming infomercials and it is hard to find the normal channels. There is trash from prior guest on floor so it appears no one cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom sink is too high. I will never stay here again. Can't sleep in uncomfortable bed. Usually Hampton beds are so comfortable.
Hampton Inns are typically my "go to" hotel for a great experience... However, this Hampton Inn did not live up to my expectations. First, my family and I arrived at 2:45 pm for the 3:00 pm check in and was informed that our room was not ready. We had to wait an additional 30+ mins, in the lobby, for a clean room. Secondly, while checking in we were informed that there "room key system" was down, therefore, we could not be provided a working room key. Therefore, EVERY time we came and/or left from our room, we had to be escorted by hotel personnel to access our room. This was not only a huge inconvenience but very irritating. Third, the next morning, we were really looking forward to a nice breakfast and ended up being again disappointed with hard and cold foods. The room was wearing and showing its age... Evidence by, broken furniture pieces and borders falling from base boards throughout the room. The pool area had beer bottles and a lot of debris. The location was much further than expected, thus, with the horrible Houston traffic/construction, it took us FOREVER to get anywhere! Honestly, we had an overall bad experience and did not feel like this was what was expected from a Hampton Inn. I would definitely NOT return. However, to be fair, all of the staff members encountered were really nice and friendly.
Great location and helpful staff made this trip nice. The pool was out of commission but they were fixing it. They were helpful about the area. I sent a package to the hotel and staff offered to get it to my room for me.
There is a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Applebees, la Madeline, Texas Roadhouse , Starbucks just to name a few oh and Jonny carinos. There was also shopping available near buy, target and other retailers!! Great l
This place is nice, people are friendly and professional. Helena, the front desk person, simply awesome. Pet friendly, Bosco the dog is happy here. Very clean even though it is going through an upgrade, but you wont be bothered by it. I loved the pineapple and note in the room when I got here.
Helena at the front desk is awesome. Gave us great advice and super friendly. Have a wonderful and clean place. Convenient location and even though they are updating things place is still very clean and won't interfere with your stay.
