Room quality does not match the price point for a converted apartment. Price should be at 50 -60 dollars.

Expensive, not a cost effective!! Not worth the night rate
My wife and I were there visiting our son. The Hotel was conveniently located near his residence. The staff was very friendly and concerned about our needs. The room was very clean and to our liking. There were a couple of things that could have made our stay more enjoyable. when we first entered the room there was an odor inside the host brought a couple of air fresheners promptly. I would have liked it if breakfast was served. This was one of the better Hotels that we have visited.
This hotel was clean and had a nice friendly staff. Close to alot of locations as well.
It was diffrent from previous trips because, I had plates,cups,silverware in the room with a dishwasher,fridge,& stove. I could cook & store my leftovers in the fridge, and even micro-wave popcorn while I watched a movie in my room.
very nice, clean room, with small kitchenette and fridge. best rate for the july 4th weekend in a location exactly where I wanted - near some friends/family.
