I had a great experience. Great for taking step 2 CS. Very close to the testing center.

Upstairs bathroom leaked into our shower. Good free shuttle service for dining or shopping. Separate airport shuttle.

Clean room with a fridge. Carpet stained in the rooms and hallways.

I was in Houston to take a test for medical school and stayed the Baymont because it is close to the testing site. Unfortunately, they did not have internet access the whole time I was there, so it was more difficult than it should have been to study. Also, there was a smoke detector in my room who chirped every 30 seconds the whole time I was there. The maintenance team replaced it twice, but it never did stop chirping. It made it very difficult to sleep. If you're in Houston to take your Step 2 CS exam, I recommend spending a little extra money and staying at the Hyatt across the highway.

We enjoyed the great service of the staff who served us, but disappointed in the cleanliness of our room, primarily the bed. The staff corrected the situation immediately and gave us another room that suited us well. The chairs in the dining area wear quite ragged and worn. The selection for breakfast was primarily BREAD based foods and cereal. We had the cereal and fruit. This was quite different from our previous Baymont Inn experiences.

Had a booking and couldn't get to the hotel due to the flooding. The rooms hadn't gotten cleaned that day so they couldn't check in guests. Long night at the airport needless to say. Usually this is where I stay when heading back to Belize.

Very nice for the money. I will recommend this hotel if you are staying in Iah area.

We were disappointed there was not a refridgarator or microwave in the room. Also the elevator was in the hotel across the parking lot.

It was quiete,nice close to the airport. Comforter needs to be changed as well as bed-skirt.

It was amazing great breakfast. I had a great time rooms were relaxing and I was abke to see a but of houston. The shuttle service was fair. Got me on time to me appt. And also back to the airport when I was returning home. The experience was exceptational.

Great hotel. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The pool was not open, and that is the only reason I stayed there, but otherwise a great experience.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, The room was comfortable and clean (except for the day when housekeeping skipped us). The breakfast offers only carbs and no protein (diabetics beware!). The shower never gave hot water, only lukewarm. But, overall, a good value.

Hotel is conviently located, right on the 8 Beltway and close to major highways. Not far from Bush airport. Accomodating staff, nice room, decent breakfast, nice pool. I was only there for one night on business, but I would recommend and return in the future.

i stayed at the hotel for 3 nights when i went to houston for an exam , the things that made me choose it is its location near my exam center, the free breakfast and the free airport shuttle. well the location and the breakfast were good enough but i had to wait for 45 minutes to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel after a long flight , and every time i called the hotel during these 45 minutes they were telling me to wait for another 10 minutes, anyway on the way back from the hotel to the airport , the shuttle was on time.....i understood later that it has been always like this, the shuttle will on time to the airport , but not when you first arrive. otherwise , the room was clean, and the staff was nice.

Water in the pool was way too cold to swim in. Bummer as this is the only reason I had booked this hotel. Also a very powerful natural gas smell in the hallways. The front desk said it was from the laundry room dryers and not to worry. Made me nervous, but I guess that's all it was. The breakfast was very nice for a continental breakfast and the rooms were clean and nice. Decent location near IAH airport.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Normal continental breakfast. Only thing I was very disappointed in was that we chose this hotel because it was advertised as having an indoor pool. What it really has is an outdoor pool that does go under a glass wall into the interior - and indoor/outdoor pool. But is unusable in the cold weather. And the interior section of the pool is in the Atrium of the hotel where everyone congregates.

I was in Houston to take a test for medical school and stayed the Baymont because it is close to the testing site. Unfortunately, they did not have internet access the whole time I was there, so it was more difficult than it should have been to study. Also, there was a smoke detector in my room who chirped every 30 seconds the whole time I was there. The maintenance team replaced it twice, but it never did stop chirping. It made it very difficult to sleep. If you're in Houston to take your Step 2 CS exam, I recommend spending a little extra money and staying at the Hyatt across the highway.
