This is KONEA 142, the KING of the GROUND FLOOR 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo-tel luxury homes at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa on Ka'anapali Beach Maui. Aloha. I am Clever Trevor Alt and I proudly own and manage this property.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This private oasis is located on the GROUND FLOOR of the private NORTH side of Honua Kai - you don't face other units. KONEA 142 is the ONLY northwest facing ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium home on the north side of the Konea building. This is the quietest and most private part of Honua Kai - but it has the EASIEST ACCESS to all resort amenities. You can come and go securely from the back door facing the yard or the front door to the hallway.

Our guests prefer the PRIVACY of our "exterior" northwest facing lanai over the condos across the hall from us - their lanais face the interior courtyard which gives other condos across the courtyard a view into their units.

For guests with any concerns about making the trip, I highly recommend considering purchasing a trip cancellation insurance policy and consider adding a cancel for any reason rider. See squaremouth dot com. Surprisingly affordable.

If you're renting a vehicle (which I recommend), I have an acquaintance who privately rents a fleet of late model Honda Pilots and convertible Jeep Commanders for less than you'd pay one of the vendors at the airport and they deliver so you don't wait around. I also provide all my guests with 5 pages of recommendations for Maui dining and activities gleaned from about 50 visits over the last decade. Our local knowledge and pro tips are part of what you're paying for and I appreciate the opportunity to add value to your vacation experience by answering questions and making recommendations.

Maui County is attempting a "phase out" of some vacation rentals in Apartment zones beginning January 1, 2029. This property is in a Hotel zone and will not be affected if the phaseout happens and Clever Trevor plans to continue hosting guests here until the end of time. Beautiful Stay In Maui!

We had the best time in Maui and the owner and property manager were very helpful and prompt in getting back to us with any questions. The pools were amazing and we rented the cabanas several times throughout the week. We would defiantly return and stay there! Thank you

Has everything you need

Will definitely book again! We had everything we needed plus more- including a high chair and a pack n play for our baby! Amazing for kids. Being on the ground floor was perfect for them!

Great 2 bedroom for 2 couples!

The property is the epicenter for family fun :). Would stay here again, only knock is the kitchenware was a bit light for cooking our own meals. Other than that it is a great property!

This condo was perfect for our family. It’s spacious and being on the first floor is everything. It was so easy to walkout with the stroller and come back from the beach if we needed anything.

Excellent property and experience as well as an ideal location for both access to the beach and various pools. Trevor & Monty were very responsive and strong communicators with on the point recommendations for excursions and several restaurant options. We would highly recommend this unit and resort!

Great stay

We had a great time staying at Trevor's property. The unit was clean and everything was as advertised down to the beach chairs and umbrella etc. The ground floor unit was very convenient to the pool and other amenities. Check in was a breeze, and Monty was very responsive, he answered all my questions within minutes. All in all, a great stay and will definitely stay again when we go back to Maui next time.

Family friendly condo, very quiet!

We loved our stay at Trevor's property. The setup is really nice for families with lots of gear and space. It is located on the outside of the resort so you get lots of quiet and a nice little outdoor area (good if you have kids napping during the day / early bedtimes). Would love to stay here again next time we are in Maui and the owner is great, very helpful and extremely prompt to reply to any questions and help with your stay in whatever way he can.
