Facility and furnishings worn out, foul odor of carpet, metal piece from bed frame a safety hazard, towels did not feel dry. Overall , a totaaly unacceptable 4xperience.

Short breakfast period. Very little choice.

I would definitely suggest paying an extra $30 to stay somewhere else. Rooms are super dirty. Staff was mostly rude (except for the new guy who was still training…and still nice). I’ve stayed in various Days Inns and this was definitely not up to their standards

The shuttle service from the airport was timely. There was absolutely no cold water in the shower. It was scolding hot. The TV only partially worked. I talked with the manager and requested another room. The TV in that room didn't work at all. The shower was fine. The manager said people liked very hot water here and the TVs didn't work because it was raining. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Room was right next to a freeway. Tv was not working, the connection to DTV was not working. Room smelled like mold. No handle on sink faucet. No hot water in the shower. Paint on bathroom ceiling was peeling. Tub surface was peeling. Air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a tractor trailer was in the room. Was lying in bed and a spider was crawling on my arm. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have there name on this hotel.

The carpet in room needs to be replaced so the room can smell good

The night receptionist was great. She tried helping us but im sure shes not in charge of the cleaning department. The room smelled like it was molded. The carpet stunk, to the point i had to constantly spray perfume. I looked at the toilet and the water was yellow, so i thought it was dirty but in reality the water that came out from the faucet was yellow. The plumbing needs some attention.

The rooms need upgrading. The carpet needs to change on the floor because it gives the room an order, especially when you first enter. The room also had no microwave or refrigerator. There was no telephone service in the room. The shuttle was a plus and communication was exceptional from the airport to the location. The Front Desk Clerks were helpful and welcoming and very accommodating.

The property is in front of a very noisy road. The area is a little sketchy. The rooms are ran down.

It was great

Room smells bad, shower drain congested, hair in tub, overpriced.

Very bad customer service. Blankets were not changed and it had blood and grass clippings on them. Very dirty overall. Barely any Water pressure in shower. Tv did not work and door won’t lock. Overall a very bad experience. You are better off staying in a different place and pay $20 more. This place is not worth the money you save

It met my needs for a one night pre-cruise stay. It is an older property, but it was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast reasonably good. Suggest you NOT rely on their transportation. The free van operates hourly to the airport and I'm told is not always precise so you could have a long wait. The van to the cruise terminal also operates hourly, and reserved spots at desirable times fill rapidly.
