The cabin and location were great. The only issue was that another family showed up indicating that they had also reserved the cabin. We spent most of the 1st evening dealing with that issue which really put a damper on the stay.

Excellent hospitality

We were met with illuminated Christmas lights I. The wooden railing - a special touch for our group of friends weekend. Cabin was exactly as described and accommodated our 5 couples perfectly. Cabin management was very hospitable, leaving us a tin of cookies for our arrival.Highly, highly recommend this cabin. Excellent location, too. We will be back with our individual families

Family getaway

Great layout for family. Plenty of room for games and everyone to have their space. Kitchen is stocked very nicely. Grill is the best and cleanest one I've seen in all my stays. Only suggestion would be smart TVs or comparable smart boxes for existing TVs. Also, be aware during winter months as driveway is a little sketchy (paved well, just steep incline with tight turn).

Birthday and Getaway for Everyone

Late birthday celebration and getaway for everyone. It was a very relaxing time away from our daily lives. The road up to cabin was an adventure in itself but had a wonderful view! The cabin was beautiful with great views. Even though it was a big cabin it felt very cozy! And even had a welcome card, cookies and drink! We were hoping to see bears 🐻 but didn’t. Loved the picture of a bear on property though. Couple of our guests enjoyed the hot tub despite the cold weather and a few enjoyed the table “fire pit”. Everything was perfect for our getaway! Thank u, we will definitely be back again!

Wonderful & Picture Perfect!

The cabin was wonderful & picture perfect, but VRBO charged me greedy & excessive fees for adding little to no value. VRBO has lost all of my extensive tourism & travel business globally going forward! I will BOOK my annual Smoky Mountain cabin in the future DIRECTLY with the TRUE PROPERTY MANAGER, CABINS FOR YOU via their impressive website.

Nice place with need of minor upgrades

Great in all the most important ways… location, view, beds and baths. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and dishes but bring your own frying pans, baking sheets, and sharp knives Also no bathtub if that matters to you. Should really send an alert for checkin. Bears open car doors in driveway if not locked. Read it in guestbook after it already happened.

Gorgeous View with Great Amenities

The cabin was better than we imagined with a spectacular view and clean, comfortable rooms...more than enough for our family of 6 adults and one 16-year old. Used the grill, hot tub, kitchen, pool table. Easy access to Gatlinburg, if you don't mind driving a curvy road! It was a little too early in season to see bears, but we did enjoy a ride to Smokey Natl Park. Unfortunately one of our 3 nights was spent in a Red Cross Evacuation shelter due to wildfires in the area. (I need to talk to someone about a credit for that.) The TV and WiFi reception is sketchy. Probably need to adjust your dish. Overall a great vacation. We would recommend the property.

Truly Picture Perfect

We had the most incredible views of the mountains and even saw 2 bears. Location was very close to everything. We never found the community pool but didn’t need it because there were so many things to see and do, plus the hot tub was perfect after a long day. I especially appreciated the Bibles that were in every room. It was so peaceful to sit in the deck and read and reflect while looking at the beautiful mountains.

Great place to stay

Very clean . Close to Gatlinburg. We loved the showers. Kids loved tv in bedrooms. The downstairs rec room was a big hit .too
