I didn’t even mind the elevator was out at service at the moment. Nice walking ramps to get to my room. I’d definitely stay here again! :)

We loved that you were within walking distance to pretty much everything. It is about a 5 minute walk to Anakeesta and there's so many things to do right near there.

Clean enough but room was midway through a remodel so lots of unfinished work around cabinets etc.
For the price the room was perfect. It had parking which you need for downtown Gatlinburg. Its in the middle of everything and all in all a nice hotel.
It is convenient for all downtown activities. The pools were clean and refreshing. I would recommend Crossroads.

I was not expecting this to be a 5 star hotel, but I would only give it a 1 star at best. It was very unfortunate that our room had mold. It looked like there had been more, but they possibly scrapped it and painted over it. Our coffee area was sticky and not cleaned. The hot tub had some sort of sandy film all around it. The walls were paper thin. You could hear the people next door when they were talking, when the TV was on, when the shower was running, or when they were closing drawers. The top blanket is not a comforter. It was 2 sheets and a thin blanket between them. The only thing convenient was the price and it was a great location for walking downtown. Next time, I will certainly be looking for an alternate place.
Photos are deceiving. This property is wedged into a downtown area and it is all building and parking lot. A room on the first floor has car/people parking lot noise all night long. If you are staying for more than one night be sure to tell them you want your room cleaned or at least provide fresh towels. The rooms are nice but the front desk staff isn’t friendly or helpful. The complimentary breakfast is the most basic possible and there is no place to sit and eat. Get a coffee, banana, and a cellophane wrapped pastry and take it to your room. If all you want is a clean room, hot shower, and an easy walk to a restaurant this place will do. get a room on an upper floor to avoid the parking lot noise.
The walls are too thin. Our neighbors were very loud. The cable didn't work most of the time, and no housekeeping during our stay, and we were there three days.The parking lot is too small. Our overall stay was good. Walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg.
