Great for big families

We brought our 4 kids and met family with another two and this place was great! We had plenty of space for all the kids and three adult couples with room to spare! The pool, hot tub and game room were a huge hit!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Fun

Beautiful, comfortable, fun! It’s only a 10 minute drive to the Gatlinburg Convention Center so great location. This home is set up so people of all ages can enjoy it. Very Clean, had everything we needed plus some very thoughtful additions.

Mountain Fun

It’s a great getaway when the house, the location and the property managers all are exactly as advertised. The house was clean, the managers accessible, everything in working order. Most importantly this property is inviting. Every room and deck area makes you want to sit, stay or engage in some game or activity. Great for all areas, a super fun and inviting place to stay.

Our extended family (8 adults, five kids 9-12) had a great time! The outside race track worked for multiple RC car races, the town was an easy drive away, and the rooms/spaces were great. Great communications with owners, no concerns there. Note fridge space can get tight if you cook a lot, and second heating element from left in grill looks out.

Perfect for large families or reunions

The Sweet escape is a relatively new property and was exceptionally clean. It is owned and managed by Ghosal Luxury Lodging. Their communication was excellent. The whole process was seamless. They supplied a generous amount of towels for the bathrooms, pool and hot tub. The backyard, game room, theater and karaoke room kept us entertained at all times. The entire home is packed full of fun for everyone in the family. The property is minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Sweet Escape.

Best Vacation House

This house has everything you need for all ages. The outdoor area is perfect for adults to relax by the fire pit while the kids played on the track or play area. The house had everything we needed for cooking and made it easy for us so we didn’t have to buy or bring extra stuff. The place was very clean and homey, it’s even better than the pictures. The views were amazing and everything was as described on Vrbo. Check in was easy and the communication was great. The property team reached out to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay which was nice. We will be coming back! There are also plenty of extra beds for large groups. Theatre room had all the streaming services needed to watch movies and the karaoke and game room was so much fun for adults and kids.

Dogs Barking Constantly

This property is advertised as a luxury rental, there is nothing luxurious about it. There are dogs nearby that bark continuously so you can't sleep.Nails popping out of the stairs to injure bare feet, sheets that don't fit, worn out pillows, dirty floors, non-draining kitchen sink(until we put Draino in it), lousy water pressure, filthy a/c filters-we replaced- and worst of all-the electric fireplace fell out of the wall barely missing an 18 month old child. The fireplace was not secured in any way. The holes that should have had screws in them were definitely unused. There were no screws laying around after it fell out. The grill was filthy and only one burner worked.

Family & Senior trip

It was a truly beautiful home! We had everything we could of aaked for. Great communication. Completely satisfied. The karaoke room was our favorite by far. But everyone enjoyed the game room just as much. Pool wasn't heated so we never used it. I however am not used to mountain driving and I did have a lot of anxiety driving to the house once we started up the steep road to the driveway. I'd consider it slightly dangerous in the 14 passenger van I drove. We did leave a few days early and rented a new cabin with easier access for us but still in the mountains. I do not blame the homeowner as the cabin was worth the drive and there are way worse roads then this. If we had a small vehicle I think it would of helped me from being anxious. This wasn't an option d/t large family traveling and limited parking. We spent a decent amount having food delivered to avoid going up and down the road to the house.
