Hotel is clean and our room was in good order. Everything worked and our stay was pleasant. The only complaint I would have was we were on the 5th floor and the ice machine does not work. However, a short ride to the fourth floor and the problem was solved. Overall, a really good place to stay and recommend the Hilton Garden Gatlinburg.

“The hotel claims to be pet-friendly, but any normal dog behavior, like barking, seems to bother them. Our stay was so uncomfortable that we had to leave earlier than planned, and we are still waiting for a refund for the nights we couldn’t stay. The hotel should clearly state its pet policies to avoid disappointing other guests.”

Room was very nice the only disappointment was that we were charged an additional parking fee per night when the Hilton App clearly stated that there was complimentary parking and we were also charged for a tip for breakfast and we never actually ate at the restaurant we just had the complimentary coffee. I asked why we were being charged and was told that the Hilton App must not be updated
