Rooms pictured were not what we got. It was a grab and go breakfast, I was told if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing, But the Ladies at the desk were very nice and always able to give ideas as to where to go.

Great location, clean, quiet, close to river
Perfect location for us! We wanted to be near everything and not have to pay to park in Gatlinburg. It's also close to several scenic drives, like Roaring Fork Motor trail. The grab and go breakfast was actually better than i expected. I wish it was available before 8am, as we often left by 7am. Only request would be some fresh fruit! We liked the hands off approach and not feeling bothered by staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Property looks nothing like photos. Rooms are filthy, walls were stained, tile broken all around the jacuzzi tub, bathroom has Sheetrock mud piled up around the light, just overall unprofessional, dirty, and impossible to get refunded bc of the uncleanliness. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend.

The thing that I don’t like is, that I chose this place because is pet friendly, but the person on the counter told me to not bring the dog inside because she doesn’t like dogs. The other thing that I completely don’t like is the very poor breakfast, cleaned is average. They can improve!!!

My experience was great, from the check in process till the check out. The cleanness in my room was outstanding. The staff kind and helpful. The only thing that I would like to highlight is the “breakfast” is more like a snack bar. There is no way that someone could use what is offered as breakfast. Apart from that which is not a problem because the area is full of choices, I give to River edge Inn a 10 of 10 based of course in the price.

Nice location. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable except one bed squeaked every time you moved. Asked to have it fixed but they didn’t. Nice big closet but only two hangers. It was nice to store our luggage in. Bathroom had two sinks and beautiful shower. It’s on a main road so a bit noisy but family didn’t seem to notice or mind. Would stay again.
