This place is in a great location. We stay here every time we visit the Smokey Mountains. The rooms are a good size. The issues we had were with the shower water pressure and the hot water. It is an older place so it’s not for everyone.

Older updated property needs some attention to dings here and there. Shower curtain need to be replaced or at least bleached and washed. Breakfast was prepackaged items most were full of sugar. Thank god they did have some hard boiled eggs and a nice selection of tea.

It was a very good experience. The floor could have been cleaner but there was a broom and dustpan in the closet so that helped. All else seemed to be clean, i.e. bedding and bathroom. The staff was very helpful. My dog was welcomed and I was credited the $250 pet fee. No complaints.

the staff here are wonderful and so pleasant. the bed is not so comfortable but the rest was great even had a area where we could sit and talk outside which was awesome.
