it was amazing as always. we love this little hotel. it's located in the middle of Gatlinburg and we can walk to everything there. the rooms are old fashioned and beautiful. the price is good.

The Stay

It was great. We walked to the center of town. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I just have one suggestion if they ever do a remodel the little wall between the toilet and the sink needs to be moved over so there is more room when the toilet is being used.

Front desk man on check-in spoke limited English-very hard to understand. Entry doors to rooms need peep holes. Grout around bathtub filthy. The picture from the internet is not what the room looks like when you stay. Would not go back.

It was okay, but for the price we paid for a family suite, the room was not laid out well as there was a sink in one room with no bathroom and the king size bedroom was smaller and a huge closet that was wreaking mold made this intolerable for me to sleep in. It felt like a nice room for the age of it though. (Very old) I wouldn’t stay again in this room due to the mold issue. And the AC kept cutting out, as if it were governed by temp set by the hotel. Would not go below 70. I’m not sure it came down to 70 honestly.
