Very close to Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Large room and grab and go breakfast was very convienient along with free parking and a price that is hard to beat!

Cute but nasty

The room was cute but things were very dirty. Please just remove the soiled couch. No one is going to sit or sleep on it. I wouldn’t put my luggage on it. The curtains were even worse !

This hotel is horrible

When we arrived it took some time to get registered even though we pre registered. The place is dingy old and the outside was filthy. There was mold on the balcony’s the room was filthy the air conditioner did not work properly the shower had no pressure and the fireplace did not work. Got back to the hotel one night and got a contact high from all the pot smoking on the property. Dogs barked all night from various rooms. I would never ever stay here again. And the breakfast was a joke. It was a grab and go prepackaged breakfast. I got a white milk and it was spoiled. The clerk just played it off and got in the fridge and threw all the milk away. What a dump

I expected a 3 star property which it wasn't. Some remodeling done in the room, about half of it is still showing old decrepit motel remnants. Also a "breakfast, I wouldn't call it.

I like that it is really close to the strip. The room was clean. This was our second time staying here. The room was extremely humid inside, made everything feel really damp so sleeping was not comfortable.That was the only bad thing. The AC leaked all over the floor so that might have created the humidity. But I did let management know so they could address it. Other than that it was a great stay again.

Only complaint I have is that the jacuzzi suite the glass panel is on the wrong end of the tub, so you have to get into the tub, to turn on the water. And the hot and cold water were backwards. Overall the bed was great, clean room, good location.

My stay at the Rivers Edge Inn.

It is a nice hotel. My only complaint whould be that the outside door was very hard to close. You had to slam it to get it to shut. The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open. Other than that it was fine.
