Great location, loved that the fireplace was on a switch so we could turn it on/off easily. It worked so well and we loved sitting around it watching movies. Incredibly clean!! And the patio was such a nice part as well, we enjoyed people watching with a cup of coffee and snacks!

Nice, clean place

This condo has everything you'd need. Only complaint, if any, is it needs a couple towel bars in the bathrooms and closet space to hang clothes. There are hangers on doors but I prefer to put clothes away in the closet so they're not just hanging everywhere but that is strictly a preference. The staff is super helpful and this condo is just behind the main Gatlinburg Parkway. It is truly within walking distance. Some places I've stayed advertise that but aren't really that close to the Parkway. You have to take a trolley but this condo is absolutely within walking distance. Far enough from the main parkway that you don't hear much noise but close enough to walk. Very nice place and plan to stay here again when in Gatlinburg.

Cozy Den in Gatlinburg!

Wonderful property! Beautiful, cozy, QUIET condo just a few blocks from the main downtown area, supplied with everything you need and beautifully decorated as well. Communication thruout the entire booking, stay & checkout was easy. This unit included 900 in free attraction coupons- book it!

Convenient location

Very clean, convenient location, easy to get into. A bit of a walk to downtown (but be warned that the walk back is uphill) or an easy drive if you don't mind paying to park downtown. There was a minor problem with the A/C and they were instantly responsive and fixed it same-day. Would stay again. Recommended.

Enjoyed our spring break

Overall, our stay was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. The location wasn’t bad—about a half-mile walk to the strip, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to be out and about a lot.There were a couple of things that could be improved. The note left for guests regarding items being taken felt a bit off-putting. While we understand the intent behind it, it wasn’t the most welcoming first impression and came across as a bit tacky.We also noticed that the blankets had a faint “closet” smell, and we ran out of hot water a couple of times. With six people and two bathrooms, that’s somewhat understandable, but still worth noting.That said, if you’re looking for a calm and quiet spot that’s not too far from the action, this place could work well.

Fall Trip

Overall the condo is adorable, well decorated and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay very much. A couple of items need attention…front bathroom shower/tub doesn’t drain well and retains water when showering…master shower needs a commercial cleaning. Otherwise everything was very clean.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay in Gatlinburg! The location of the condo was so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. We throughly enjoyed watching all the wildlife especially the bears!

The Bears Den!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and nice accommodations. Staff was very helpful. Convenient walking distance to downtown. Loved sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the bears.

Within walking distance and cozy condo!

We have stayed at this location for about 6 years, however never in this particular condo. It was just as nice as the others. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are also comfortable. The walking distance to the main strip is a definite plus since you have to pay to park. Will definitely return.
