- Due to our close proximity to the National Park, we have a large population of insects including ladybugs, house flies, stink bugs, millipedes, carpenter bees, and wasps. Although all of our properties are sprayed regularly by a professional pest control company, the city and park areas are not. During various times of the year, these insects may find their way into the property. By booking you understand that is a possibility during your stay and understand that there will be no refunds related to bugs getting into the property. We will be happy to work with you to get pest control back out if necessary.
- A temporary hold of $2 will be placed on your credit card as part of our verification process and will be released within 7 days.

My family enjoyed our stay here! 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was plenty of space for all of us! The view and the pool were nice. The walk to town was easy, the walk back was a little more difficult because it was all up hill.

Simple, Allergy-sensitive Stay
We stayed at this condo for an athletic event, so our family enjoyed much of our time outside of the condo.The condo itself had traditional utilities, was simply furnished, and seemed very open. Most of the decor is white, and there is one outdoor (?) rug, no drapes, and few pictures/decor. No pets are allowed in the area. All of this was helpful because our family has allergies.

MINIMALISTIC
No blankets when arriving at 4am and freezing cold. No internet or tv until the last day. No fireplace, just candles inside it. Bed mattresses are on metal frames with no box spring. One couch for 6 adults. They spared every expense possible on this place. You go from hotels to VRBO for that homey experience. Not here, not homey at all. Wanted to get that Smokey Mountain Christmas feeling, they didn't even decorate for Christmas, not one thing. I would not recommend this place at all to anyone. Oh and each bathroom get only 2 rolls of toilet paper so don't plan on blowing your nose. No coffee, even in hotels you get coffee. 6 adults for 5 days and it was very very impersonal. And the worst part of all I had my mother who is almost 80 and my sister who is fighting cancer and we had to carry heavy luggage up 52 stairs. No elevator, I wish I would have known.
