Excelente servicio y cabaña muy acogedora!!

Les recomiendo 100% esta cabaña para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones en familia y amigos. Tiene todas las condiciones necesarias para una estupenda estancia, limpieza y organización y cuenta con todas las condiciones creadas también para los bebés y niños pequeños. Todas las atracciones están súper cerca de la misma. Tuvimos una magnífica estancia durante 4 noches. No duden en elegirla.

This was the perfect cabin! It’s secluded enough that it’s peaceful, yet it’s a quick, easy drive to downtown. The communication is great! We really enjoyed the arcade games and hot tub.

We loved our stay at this property! We were comfortable and able to relax. There were only 3 of us (2 adults one toddler) but plenty of space for more guests. There are directions laminated on how to use all of the amenities which was very nice. Property managers were very responsive. We had a smoke alarm that wouldn't stop beeping and the issue was taken care of right after reaching out.Plenty of dishes and cookware. Fast keurig. Pond is right across the street so sitting on the balcony was very pleasant. Overall a peaceful neighborhood. Out of the way of downtown but not too far. Close to restaurants and attractions. Only downfall I can really comment on is that the pool was closed and it is part of the reason we chose this property. I wish we would have been notified about this before booking.

Overall awesome cabin

The cabin was beautiful, and in a good neighborhood. The only negative comments i would even say. Is the kitchen light was blowed, which we found a lantern light and used it. No biggy at all. The hot tub had some jets that kept coming out and floating. But, wasnt an issue at all. The hottub drained half out the first night. We addressed and filled back up. No problems after that. The beds was so comfortable and so was the pillows. The bonus was seeing the bears at the cabin. The girls and I had a great time! Thanks so much!

Fixing and updating

Blinds in main floor bedroom were broke privacy issue. Kitchen light didn't work. Mattress in main bedroom is old and needs replaced. Location was wonderful and if just fixed and furniture update would be a wonderful place to stay again.

This was a perfect rental to take my family of 6. It felt secluded but close to all the excitement of Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space inside for everyone to have quiet time when needed. I took off a few stars because the couch bed was dirty when we tried to use it, but otherwise it was a perfect place and I would most definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Easy, convenient location. Kids loved the bunk beds and the game systems. Had everything we needed in the cabin for a relaxing week! One note, there are only 3 chairs at the table. Something to keep in mind if planning to eat meals there.

Mini vacation

Absolutely loved the property! It was super clean and the check in process was easy. Property owner was really nice and communicated very well prior to check in. Only issue I had was couldnt get the fireplace to work, but wasn't a big issue. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Property but Deceiving

Great property and neighborhood! Asked property manager if I could fish the pond BEFORE booking and He said of course, just had to catch and release.... Then as soon as we arrived there was a concreted sign on property that stated "No Fishing... (pond is for the birds)"I would not have brought all our fishing gear all the way from Oklahoma had I known we were not able to fish on property.

Great find!

Well kept and stocked clean cabin in a gorgeous community with close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. Nice for our winter retreat. I’m sure it would be really nice in the warmer months as well the pool access looked great. The teens loved the queen size bunk beds numbers in the second bedroom.

Great place

Property was great. Clean, location, hot tub, pool was close. Property was very well groomed. Only downfall was the air conditioner. T went out the day we checked in. It turned out the compressor burnt up. They cannot be replaced in a day, hard to get. Justin was right on and kept me informed of what was going on. Unfortunately, they didn’t make it before we left. We opened the windows and ran fans and it wasn’t too hot. Still slept well. As I said Justin was very active to get it fixed.

The worst stay I have ever had to deal with

We got to the cabin about 930pm after deiving 10 hours to find it had not been cleaned, there were roaches upstairs and in the kitchen and the ac did not work the whole time we were there. Customer service sent people to clean but couldnt find another place for my family. They told us we could leave and receive a refund for the days we didnt stay. Meaning I could cancel our trip after the drive since there was no where else for us to stay. They offered a refund for the cleaning fee which I have not received or got any notifications of but no other discount was offered. Smaller issues were presnt also. Absolutely no towels, no sheet on the pullout bed and no extra blankets were offered for the pullout bed. No dish soap. I will not be staying again or recommending this cabin to anyone else.
