Beautiful home and spot. WiFi did not work which prevented me from doing work and checking out was issue. WiFi was a complaint of my kids the entire stay because couldn’t watch their program or use phones effectively. The place was fabulous! The person I corresponded with let me know cable/ WiFi was a citywide issue but no compensation offered. I did go to pool on Sunday and some kids - I assume- had placed a bunch of chairs in hot tub.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Haven! Everything was very clean. The only recommendations: offer more pots and pans, potholders, and somewhere to put our trash. Overall, we would definitely book this cabin again. Thank you!
