We booked two of these townhomes for a large family group. GPS led us right there., on the top of a hill with a beautiful view of Gatlinburg. The homes are easy to access and have convenient parking. It was nice to walk to and from the BBQ down the hill for dinner. We saw a bear mosey through the parking lot.The homes were clean and spacious. Even better than the photos. Plenty of room to spread out. WiFi worked, games in the basement. We used the hot tubs and pools. Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect for a family vacation. Hosts were polite and helpful. We brought small dogs, and we saw many others as well. The owners ask for advanced notice and charge a fee per pet.Highly recommend!

Great stay and very convenient location. We were excited we saw a bear on the first day. Amenities were top notch and the sauna and hot tub were great to relax in every night. Would definitely recommend!! The only draw back for us was that there were no closests or dressers. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We spent most of the time in the cabin. The morning views were great. Location was very convenient. We didn’t have to navigate fall traffic due to the location. My kids loved the theater. We saw bears from our balcony every day. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a family getaway where you can hang out and spend time with one another.

Our family of six, all with significant others and an 18-month granddaughter had a wonderful trip. This property is everything it appears to be in the pictures. We spent time in town and in the park all day and came back in the evening to relax, share some wine and dinner. We were just blessed to have the time together in an environment that was comfortable for everyone. It was a lot of fun watching baseball and preseason football in the theater room! The host was impressively attentive. Helped us with a pack and play and crib for the baby. Fixed a few minor things instantly. We had an interesting bear encounter while grilling. Saved the burgers but the corn didn't make it to the table. That will be a forever family story. Seriously couldn't have asked for a better stay!! Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

Awesome home! Exactly as pictured on VRBO. Modern, clean, numerous amenities and activites to at this home. We had a large family group. Plenty of room to socialize, play games and the outdoor space was great! It really was a short walk to town too!Highly recommend!
