The 1st room wasn't as advertised which wouldn't have been a big deal but the door basically didn't work to get in the 1st time it took a few minutes but I thought it was just a newly programmed key card so we got in loaded out stuff into the room left to grab sometime from the store came back and it took even more tries to get into the room like close to 5 minutes the person I was with stayed in the room then in the cold i walked to the office. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed but gave me new key cards I went back to the room and it still had the same problem went back to the front desk told her she said just pull up and not down it will work fine. I then recorded myself trying to get into the room and showed that up or down didnt matter the door didn't want to open at that point she said well I guess I'll have to change you room she then changed us to a room that was like the one that was advertised but then we woke up to no hot water at all. The shower had cold water, the hot tub, and both sinks all ice cold water. When we checked out the guy at the desk asked how was the stay and I told him all of this and he seemed shocked wrote sometime down in a notebook and said "well sorry about that"

The room was very unclean! when we told them the room needed cleaning they said no one could clean it and we had to take a broom and sweep it ourselves. The shower leaked and water ran into the floor, there was no soap nor a place to place any soap in the shower and The bath tissue holder was broken off the wall. The breakfast was undesirable because items were stale and old. Also. We had to pay extra fee for pets that was not disclosed online when I booked and paid. We will definitely not be returning there to stay again

We had a great stay overall! The room was clean and well kept. The Expedia description wasn’t totally accurate, but the front desk handled it so well. She quickly moved us to the room we originally thought we booked and made the whole situation easy and stress-free. The “mountain view” wasn’t much of a view, but honestly, it’s Tennessee and we weren’t too worried about it. We ended up in a jacuzzi room and were really happy with it! Toiletries and towels were provided and clean, and everything felt stocked and ready for us. The staff was over-the-top friendly and super accommodating the entire time. We really appreciated how helpful everyone was. Would definitely stay again!

The place isn't perfect but it's exactly what you pay for with a beautiful property, friendly staff and a great location right on the strip. Easy parking. By biggest gripe is that they end breakfast too early. Lol

The door locks were not secure, overall the room was in poor condition. we could not control the heat and had to turn it on and off to keep it from getting to hot. We had a death in the family and had to check out a day early and was denied any form of reimbursement. Won't be back.

Room was good quality for the money. It’s clean. I like Mitch the manager. It’s convenient for walking around downtown Gatlinburg. April thru November we see a lot of Bears there. Don’t like Bears then go elsewhere.

Had a big gap underneath door letting in cold air. Room was dirty,,for example the bathroom vent and the trash cans were dirty on outside. Could not use ice machine as it was boken the whole time we were there. When in shower the door kept opening up.
