Convenient location to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good for it it to be grab and go, with several choices each day.

The hotel was clean, safe, and comfortable. Also conveniently located close to Great Smoky Mountains NP!
What was unique was the water park area, especially nice for families.
Kaitlyn at the front desk.was amazing! Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom floors and tub were filthy.
Super friendly staff! Let us do early check in n late check out. Awesome breakfast. Only negative was no restaurant on site, however many food places are walking distance.
Horrible stay. When I travel I look for hotels with a pool that you can swim laps to relax. I carefully chose this hotel from pics on line. They took them at crazy angles to make it appear to be larger, when I arrived and looked at it I noticed they took deceitful pics and was useless unless you want to bath in kids pea. The staff was also rude to us, and not worth the money.
