We were greeted with a horrendous odor as soon as we opened the door. Everything smelled wet and moldy. The fireplace wasn't functional and the toilet didn't flush. We immediately left and found another hotel. The staff was excellent to deal with. He immediately reversed our charges. It appeared as though this was common for him to deal with.

While it’s convenient to attractions and the staff is helpful the property conditions and cleanliness are terrible. The first room we had we had to get new bed linens as the mattress cover was soiled. The room smelled of mold and cigarettes and the next morning we found a dirty towel looked like it was puked on in the corner luggage rack near the door and the tub had sufficient mold in the cracks and caulking. The toilet also leaked on the floor. The front desk gave us a new room which was better the next morning but even that the tub was stained and the tub fixtures were rusted and the toilet tank would refill every hour due to a slow leak. Outside property conditions are not much better as the outside pool which is out of service is full of dirty water and deteriorating conditions. There is an inside pool but I did not look at that. I would not stay here again.
This place should be condemned and bull dozed. It’s absolutely horrible. We tried to look past the rough exterior, but the interior is even worse. Everything is falling apart and crumbling. Staff was friendly. Room was clean, we thought, until checkout morning when we saw roaches in the bathroom. Will never set foot at this place again.

I thank the customer service at the desk for their #1 customer service. They added a room to accommodate us and we are grateful. Rooms are ok as far as cleanliness, but the lobby and bathrooms in lobby need some work.. dirty.
I had a nice, clean comfortable room with a balcony. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. I enjoyed my stay.
Pro- convenient to area attractions and restaurants. Affordable rooms, breakfast included, indoor pool. Cons- Elevator was out of order, room had no linens or soap in room, hole in shower wall. Had a issue with a member of house keeping who walked into our room unannounced. (Notified front desk but was told that we should have not had the door cracked)

Not that clean and rundown property
The rooms are very nice and clean but the outside it pretty run down. I was a little upset that the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and the outdoor pool was also closed and looks like it has not been cleaned in years.
Its ok for an emergency or one night stay but not more than that.
Great service from guys at desk but our toilet wouldn't flush and the shower was lose from the wall lights wouldn't work good really dim beds were good but air wasn't .
After a wonderfull day enjoying the great smokie mountains used your website to book a room. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs cause elevator was broken and was told had been for long time. Went to go use the pool to find out it to is also broken. With my wifes bad back and my legs it was painful to make it to our room. Rooms were nice but would not stay again.
Facility conditions are bad my worse complaint was that there was not hot water
