A good value. Not right on Las Olas, so a bit quieter area but only about a one mile walk there. A good amount of co-working spaces. Nice pool and patio area. A nice place to be. I’d stay again.
Enjoyed spending time at the pool. Room was modern and nice! Kai at the Front Desk was wonderful! The young lady who supervises the breakfast was amazing! The night staff of girls did not speak to guests and were not friendly nor courteous.

Checked in room and had no soap to shower. The room was hot as the AC keep going off and on.
There was a parking garage onsite, but you still had to pay for parking, $20/day.
