There was only 1 person working at the desk when we arrived. There was a line in front of me and we waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Bad start. Parking in the garage was easy and free. Our room was fine with a view of the pool. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Looking down at the pool we could see that it was dirty and the cushions on the patio furniture was very dirty also. Nothing close to the pictures on the website. The shower in the bathroom was filthy. It had not been scrubbed for weeks. Just disgusting! The first night from midnight to 3 AM, there were people out in the hall roaming from room to room with loud voices and slamming doors. The second night the same thing. I went and talked to the manager about the bathroom. He had someone come up and clean the shower. It was cleaner but could have been better. It's amazing what a scrub brush will do if it's used! I also spoke to him about the noise from midnight to 3 AM and he said it was "the nature of the beast". That it was a downtown hotel and it's going to be like that. I asked if I could change floors and he said all floors are noisy. The reason to book a hotel is to sleep at night. So, if you are also wanting to sleep I would find another hotel. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Loved this hotel very nice friendly workers and guests. Everything is within walking distance. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved it. Good Job Hampton Inn-Con from Cleveland

This hotel was awful! It was dirty, smelled, had wet carpet and bedding in the rooms, was in an extremely bad part of town, and all amenities were closed despite being advertised as open. For $125 you get a wet bed and floor, domestic violence occurring in the room across from you, no dinner, no pool, $20 a night paid parking in an empty parking garage (what a joke) and absolutely no where safe walking distance. We left within 15 mins.

The hotel is fine, it is average. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok. The rooms were not very clean and not in great condition.

smoke smell in rooms made it hard to sleep or enjoy time in the room

Nice breakfast staff friendly and helpful clean place and comfortable coffee is good

Fabulous hotel, excellent breakfast, the multiple selections were a big surprise. The only problem is the hotel's location, the worst section of the city you could possibly stay in. Why would anyone put a hotel there?

The hotel is very nice, has valet parking and key carded elevators. It’s a very safe hotel with good aminities

Parking attendants were excellent...professional n courageous

Comfortable, close to attractions like las olas blvd

I stayed here due to having an event at Bubier park. It was only .5 mile walk to it. Checkin staff were excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and staff were friendly. Pool was beautiful. Highly secured area with hotel key needed to get in after dark and for use of the elevator. Price was steep but would stay here again.

hotel was acceptable but is located in a rather undesirable area
