Staff and service are great. All Fairfield INNs i experienced so far are good but this one was a little bit on the 'old' side yet that could be something to do with that being in Key West where there is very little that is brand new :))))
the bathroom had black mold/mildew. the a/c would act up by turning off and on. the staff were wonderful and i loved being able to have a nightcap at the outdoor bar.

A rooster was noisy & started at 1AM. Heard the trash being picked up at 5 AM. Had to pay every time we took the shuttle into downtown Key West. Room was small & not up to Marriott standards.
Bartender never brought change back. Then he changed from taking a credit card to cash only. No receipt for anything. We where in the back of the hotel where there is little care. Dirty hallways uneven tile.The pool is where they spent their money....its georgious

Easy to find, clean room but area kinda busy , noisy area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I booked this on Orbitz, it said to call property for special requests. I am handicapped and get a round on a mobility scooter. When I called requesting, I was told that would not be a problem. Well we got there and my wife checked us in and she asked if the room was ADA accessible. We were told then all they had that were ADA was a suite. Basically if I wanted that it was more. I should have been told this when I called when I made reservations. We got to the small room which took several attempts in getting my scooter in. This was just the beginning of my issues. To get to the breakfast area wife had to walk ahead of me to make sure the pool lounge chairs were not sticking out so I didn’t drive into the pool. The facility was nice but not really ADA mobility accessible. We had not had housekeeping in two days, garbage need emptied, low on toilet paper and need clean towels and washcloths. Called and asked about service. We were told since COVID you had to request it. Why weren’t we told this at Checkin? We left the room after that call, when we returned there was two unfolded wash clothes and towels and a roll of toilet paper thrown on the bed. The breakfast was the same everyday, Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs and slightly warm waffle sticks. Most of the people I talked to were staying 3-5 days, a little variety would have been nice. I have stayed in many motels and hotels in my life and I’m up in age, and unfortunately staying here was my worst experience I’ve ever had.
