The staff are professional and friendly at all times. They took such good care of us. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast is wonderful as well including both continental and hot breakfast. Highly recommend!
Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the attractions of York. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The room was one of the nicest we stayed in on our over 3 week trip. We were sad to only have one night there.
The staff are incredibly friendly and ready to help in any way they can. The hotel itself is very clean. Each room has bathrobes and slippers which is a nice luxury. Breakfast is a little pricey, so we decided to eat elsewhere. I would definitely stay here again!
