Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Would prefer to have a microwave in the room. Very close to the stadium.

I like how close it is to the casino. only 1 elevator worked. it was ok but for the price

Location is great if visiting casino. Wish there were more bedside outlets to charge phone.

I liked how close it was to everything in the city. Only issue was, the city is a wreck. Staff was pleasant and helpful, other people were not welcoming to put it nicely.

The staff, especially Kristy at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. The location is great to get to both stadiums— you can walk. The downsides were the noise from the city traveled inside. I’ve stayed in downtown Philadelphia and heard less. Also, while I expected to pay for parking in a city, I also expected the lot to be secure. We needed our room key to get in the lot, but the gate to leave was never closed/locked. What are we paying for then?

i like that it is across from the casino didn't like the pillows didn't smell fresh

Perfectly fine if wanting something walking distance (literally next door) to Horseshoe Casino.

Came in in business. It was easy to find, park, room was clean and comfy. Coffee maker in room worked and bathroom super clean. A good value. I'm going to make this my go-to hotel in Baltimore c

All I can say is our stay was very nice especially with the casino directly across the street my room was clean and comfortable a lil noisey but ok. The next morning we went down for the continental breakfast and it was horrible. The biscuits and gravy cold we were served ice sausage and on top of that we had to wait for it because they ran out. The bottom line is do not stay at HIE because of the breakfast

Would return Good breakfast selection Nice and roomy the rooms

Right next to Horseshoe Casino and only a few blocks from the baseball and football stadiums.

The location of this hotel is very convenient if you are travelling by bus. It is located just 5 min away by walking from Greyhound bus station. The bad thing is that it is hard to find restaurant nearby. I can only find convenience stores and one sandwich place.

The Holiday Inn Express at the Stadiums in Baltimore is the perfecet place to stay if you are going to a Ravens or Orioles gaming, or if you are in town to gamble at teh Horseshoe casino. The staff is attentive and helps in every way possible from check in to check out. The shuttle to the inner harbor and convention center is a great asset that keeps you from having to drive and park. Please be aware thought that the shuttle runs at the top of each hour, not call and go, so planning on your part is important. That is especially necessary when catching the shuttle back to the hotel as it will arrive approxiamtely 15-20 minutes after the hour to pick you up. The drivers are courteous, professional and offer great opinions on where to eat and what to visit. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet allowing fro a great night's rest. The hotel was recently updated and it show. Getting to the stadiums is easy with a 1/2 mile walk to the Ravens and maybe another 1/3 of a mile to the Orioles. The biggest drawback is the lack of restaurants within walking distance, but getting the shuttle down to the inner harbor is the answer to that. If you don't want to pay downtown rates this is the place for you.

The hotel was within walking distance of both football and baseball stadiums. Also it is right next to the new Horseshoe Casino which was great too. Room, staff and breakfast were very good.
