Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel

Almost $600 for a Murphy bed with lumpy, saggy mattress. Bathtub did not drain, hairdryer only blew cold air, coffee maker leaked all over the desk. Breakfast ends at 9:30AM. We called for a replacement hair dryer and some toothpaste, they never showed. Charging almost $600 for a room in Baltimore that was listed as a "king bed" that turned out to be a double Murphy bed is borderline criminal.

I enjoyed my stay here. I did think it was odd you could "order" a fridge abd microwave for your room instead of being standard but aside from that, it was quiet and the room furnishings were quite nice. I will definitely stay here again.

It is a nice hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff are very courteous. However at one point in the trip most of the elevators were not working, which was a little frustrating.

Check-in took forever since there was only one person working at the reception desk, and she was dealing with a 'situation' involving 6 people standing at the desk. Next, we find out that parking is $23/day, come to find out, I could have parked in the public lot across the street for less. The room looked nice, but was poorly kept, and the bed was like a rock. I found two bugs in the room #in the bed, though they were not bed bugs#. The day we were to check out, we left for breakfast around 9am, to come back at 9:30, only to find that our room keys were already deactivated and we had to go to the front desk to have them reactivated. The only redeeming qualities were the location and that we never had to wait long for a taxi.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, great service and staff, rooms were very clean

The staff was not super friendly and the hotel itself was somewhat old. I'd stay here again due to the location. Close to the inner Harbor and stadiums.

The location is great! Your with in walking distance to the harbor and Camden field. The hotel has a parking garage attached but a little pricy at $27 but that is up to a 24 hour duration. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Great Inner Harbour location but our room had that musty smell of mildew in the bathroom. The sink gurgled for no reason and the towels had the same musty smell as the bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Was there for an early morning doctor's appmt at Johns Hopkins Monday 2/6. Traveled some distance to be nearby and refreshed for a potentially serious medical concern Monday morning. My room had: no hot water, no heat, a broken coffee maker, a broken headboard, an open ironing board in the room, no "do not disturb" sign, no guest booklet listing hotel amenities, no tv channel guide. Hot water fixed about 630am Monday 2/6, so I could take a shower. Reported the heat but did not ask for anyone to come up the evening of 2/5 as it was late when I realized there was no heat, so I just buried myself under all the covers I could find. Staff was friendly but inept. The front desk clerk (when I reported all this 2/6 said there was no mgr on duty) took off the $25 self-parking charge. Was charged $3 for a cup of coffee in the 2nd floor lobby/loiunge area (broken escalator) and was told the "free coffee" was in the room. Of course my coffee maker was broken. When I said my coffee maker didn't work, I could tell a refund of the $3 would take an act of God for which i did not have the time before going to the doctor. All in all a horrible experience. I'd have been more relaxed had I left from home about 4am to go to the doctor rather than stay at this diasater. On the positive side, my Greek salad in the lounge 2/5 was very good. Walter Woodson

It was the best experience, perfect location, great stuff.

This hotel is located right behind the Hyatt Regency and within walking distance of all the Inner Harbor attractions. I booked the room for a reasonable price and I was quite happy with it - it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Inner Harbor. The next time I may eat at Morgan's Steak House, which is conveniently located in the hotel.

Went to a baseball game and spent night here. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything was nice except for the plumbing that was possessed. At night you could hear loud "thump-thump-thumps" coming from the sink periodically and having a duration of about 30 seconds. The next night we filled up the sink with the plug and water and slept like a baby because there was no noise. We also did not need to leave until 3, with a noon checkout, so we had to check our luggage. It would have been nice to have a 3:00 check out so that we could change into something a little more comfortable for the flight. GREAT LOCATION for anything in the Inner Harbor area and everything else was top notch.

Most of my time was spent in business meetings, so I didn't get time to fully enjoy the hotel amenities and surrounding area.

Experience very poor. We reserved a room with a King bed. The Sheraton was overbooked. We were given a double bed that was a fold down cot unit from the wall. Staff was not helpful. Rude.

Awesome staff, room & location

The Large bed was hard, but the pillows were ultra soft. The setup of the room was akward. The floor's ice machine broke on Thursday, and was shut down on Friday after it had been spilling water out to the hallway. The soda machine on the floor works, but only if you had change as the bill accepter was broken. There was no interaction between hotel staff and patrons unless started by the patrons. At one point, two staff members stood four feet away as I fought with the keycard to enter the building by the skybridge. Finally I just tryed all the doors until one opened. One of the staff says "You should have just tryed that door...it doesn't lock."

none

First, let me say that the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The hotel is in a great location for both Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor - within walking distance to either. However, we did have a few issues. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud and woke us every time it turned on or off. It made a very loud clunking noise. We had friends who traveled with us and were on a different floor and made the same observation about their unit as well. The bathroom needs some attention - just small items that would truly make it 4 stars (there was one towel in our pile that looked like someone had used it to wipe grease or makeup and basic repair of minor bathroom amenities). Other than that, no issues, just not a peaceful night sleep.

This hotel was at a great location, smack dab between Camden Yards and Inner Harbor. The staff was amazing, from trying to find an adapter for our personal DVD player, to remembering our two year old son's name. We'll stay there again!
