Absolutely perfect stay.

Staff is basically a skeleton crew that is overworked and likely Underpaid. Precious procedures and standards that brands use Le to pretend to care about don’t exist anymore. And it’s all blamed on covid. Room dirty. No housekeeping even when asked. Valet damaged my car. Printer didn’t work. Most thjngs didn’t work. Old musty carpet smell. Lots of interesting elements in and around the hotel. Breakfast looked mishandled. Displeased. But don’t worry for my troubles I got 6,000 Marriott points. *eye roll*

Staff was excellent.

It was nice, did not like the fact that i ordered food, theh would not let the driver being my food up, and they never called me for any of my orders i had to find out from my driver. They said they would call to let us know the food was there and none of the 5 times did they let us know. Everything else was very nice.

We asked for a extra mattress for the pull out couch as you can feel the bars and springs through the mattress provided. When the porter brought up the mattress it opened the door. It didn't register until the next day after we were out all day that the door did not lock and we could just push it open. We lost time waiting for the door to be fixed. We then asked for a different room, upgraded because of our lost time and inconvenience of having to move all of our stuff to another room, and they put us in a smaller suite. Never going back again.

Everything was clean and quite

The property was absolutely fabulous. It had all the amenities of home in a spacious apartment-like feel. It was the ideal location, just two blocks from the harbor and 4 blocks from Power Plant Live (bars, restaurants, etc.). I can't wait to book my next trip. Only problem with my particular room was a slow drain. Not that big of a deal. I got over it.

This hotel is nice. Walking distance to the harbor. There’s a $40 hold upon check in and valet parking is $35 a day. There are parking garages around that are a little cheaper than valet. The only issue I had was trying to get fresh towels for our second night. They didn’t have any clean wash cloths at the time. Great stay overall.

It was clean and neat even with the virus the front desk provides a warm welcome

Front desk was amazing. Did a good job great customer service

The staff was friendly. The location was convenient to the convention center. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was clean and updated. It was a fabulous hotel for the price. It felt like it was a nicer hotel than I paid for - it felt fancy and nice for the price I paid.

Cleanliness and updates. We were given a room which was not ready as a broke light fixture was being repaired - it took over a half hour for us to be able to enjoy the room.

Breakfast was supposed to be available starting at 630, but it wasn't available until 7am and the staff were rude that we were there at the time they were supposed to be open. We had meetings to get to and needed to eat early. The doors on the elevator were even dirty. The room was a good size. The overall area is a bit sketchy, there was a 7-11 across the street and a woman was getting harassed in the front. Loud trash trucks were banging around at 7am as well, didn't affect us but certainly wouldn't be fun if someone was trying to sleep in.

Nice hotel, very close to the Inner Harbor area, staff very friendly, helpful, the only nuisance was the renovation that will end soon.

Very close to inner Habour, hotel was clean, staff friendly.

Nice Hotel within walking distance to Inner Harbor.
