Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor3.0 out of 5.0

The room was way larger than expected and was great. The location is an easy walk to the inner harbor. Only two criticisms. Only option for parking is valet for $35/night. It was raining, so there were numerous guests and staff smoking in front of the hotel entrance, so you had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter and the lobby and elevator smelled of smoke.
Loved this hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the location is great and the breakfast in the morning is delicious! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the inner harbor.
It was a good stay. The elevator card swipe was a little temperamental at times but other than that, everything else was great.
This hotel was great - plenty of room for me, my husband and our two boys. I cannot say enough about Daniel at the front desk!! Above and beyond to help us!!
We booked five rooms and needed to work locally for 3-4 nights. I loved the extra space in the room, the kitchen for heating up leftovers and the roomy living room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the valet and clerks. The staff in the restaurant and bar were also very pleasant and kind. I will definitely stay here again when we travel in the next few months! Very impressed.
Marriott never disappoints. Great hotel, great location, very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
This was perfect for our needs.. Close proximity to walking to the Inner Harbor.. Great Hotel.. friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for your stay at Inner Harbor
Excellent location near the Inner Harbor; friendly helpful staff; Excellent breakfast included with very friendly breakfast attendants and pleasant breakfast area; spacious room; comfortable bed; CVS pharmacy next door; comfortable ground floor lounge with internet station and printer.
Rooms were very spacious. Great location to the Harbor. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant is excellent. Would highly recommend. Only complaint is cost for valet parking. Over priced in my opinion.
Staff is very helpful with the room arrangements and our room to the same floor as our close friend after we had already checked in.
First time staying at a Residence Inn and highly recommend it.
Walk to everything....spacious, clean rooms......reasonable price and very friendly staff!
For the price this room was huge. I thought when I got there it wouldn't have a kitchen, but it had a kitchen, dinin area, living section. It was large, very comfortable and pretty quiet. I would definitely stay again.
Nice breakgast in the morning. No Egg bar, but good variety. Rooms are very comfortable. So much so that you do not want to go out as much as you would if it was a dump! 2 flat screens, a kitchenette with a diswasher!, nice bathroom. Staff is low key and helpful. Walking distance to Harbor.
Although we only stayed one night, appreciated great service, hot breakfast, updated gym equipment, and especially quietness of room. Would stay here again when back in the neighborhood.
Stayed in studio room. Good space and very comfortable. View overlooked abandoned building and tops of surrounding businesses with only narrow slice of a view of harbor area. Wonderful breakfast buffet included. All staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that needs and requests were met.
The staff, including the valets, were courteous and helpful. If we didn't have something in our room, they brought it up to us. They even dropped off a bag of ice for our cooler at no charge on our way out! It's our second stay there, and we'll be doing it again next year!
Mandatory $32 valet parking allowed ours and 14 other cars to be broken into. We were not notified until trying to retrieve our car upon departure. After a 2 hour delay with police we barely picked up our boarded dog before closing and drove 6 hours with a broken window. Over $2000 worth of possessions stolen that could have been brought in with just a little honest communication. The hotel handled this incident poorly.
The location was perfect for my lil ones. The children & I had a great trip & the staff was very friendly & helpful.
The facility was very nice but the 13th floor was a party all night long. Asked the front desk twice to put an end to it but no results. It would have been quieter to sleep on the street. In the morning the only remedy was to give me some additional Marriott points!! Not sure if I would stay again.
