What I love the most about this property was the friendliness of the staff. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Miss Travone was wonderful. As well as Michael, Charlotte and Micah they make sure my stay was comfortable, pleasant and unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Also, is close by Harbor East and all the wonderful Atlas restaurants in the area. Walking Distance to Little Italy, Fells Point, the Inner Harbor. Breakfast hot and ready in the mornings. 24hr gym, a small pool, a cozy little bar downstairs. Beautiful place altogether.

I would recommend it.

I loved the daily breakfasts. I felt at home because of the friendly staff. The rooms are large and spacious. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I have never felt more at ease and comfortable in a hotel as I have here and I have been in many in US and abroad.

The inner harbor was a wonderful place to walk.

All of the staff was super friendly and helpful!

No attendant for parking lot on site. Construction around building was horrible. Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was nice and spacious. Very nice layout. Would return after unbearable construction is finished.

Loved the area.

Great location - easy walk to the harbor area, fells point and little italy.

Clean, modern, elegant!

The location of the hotel is great, there is places to visit and eat within a walking distance, also a Whole Foods a block away. The staff is amazing and have great customer service, they always greet you and make you feel welcomed. The rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable. Definitely staying there again!

From the second I checked in when I was greeted by Sierra, to when Jasmine helped me with an issue, the fantastic valet men who made sure your car was ready for you, all the way up to their Assistant General Manager, Mr. Howard, who personally ensures your complete satisfaction, I was in awe of their superb customer service! The entire staff, from maintenance to management at Inner Harbor Hyatt goes out their way to make sure your stay is perfect! If you’re traveling to BaltImore/Fell’s Point area, don’t waste your time looking any further, you will NOT be disappointed with this hotel and staff! Hats off to you guys!

Pros: The hotel is walking distance to everything but still away from all of the harbor madness at the same time. It’s quiet, very clean & the staff were very nice and respectful. Cons: none We would stay here again for sure.

This is a no-frills but elegant facility with large rooms and very friendly staff. Keep in mind that covid has abbreviated services everywhere, and some services are now (and presumably temporarily) on-demand rather than daily. But our requests were cheerfully and quickly satisfied. By no-frills, then, I mean there is no full service separate bar & restaurant and they are not currently offering transportation (such as an airport shuttle). They do serve mixed drinks, beer, and wine, and there is an included continental-style breakfast buffet. Also, there are three excellent casual dining restaurants on the same block, plus a donut shop. Free wi-fi is nice and not a given at even high-end locations also. The location is more than satisfactory, although strictly speaking it is in “Little Italy” (hence great Italian food nearby) rather than “Inner Harbor “ as the name implies. Inner Harbor is a 3 block walk in one direction and Fells Point neighborhood is 3-4 blocks in the other. There is a Whole Foods and dry cleaner nearby. In my opinion, as long as the plumbing works, it is the people that will make or break a lodging experience, and it bears repeating that every person we met there, from housekeeping staff, to front desk, to the GM, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, guys, for helping to make our stay in Baltimore easy and enjoyable!

Overall poor service. They claim they have free breakfast, but when you get there just one hour into the breakfast service, the coffee is over (no one refills). IF you want prepacked cereals, cheerios, entire uncut fruits and canned juice, then this is your place to be. A only warm food product in breakfast is hard boiled eggs. This place is nothing but a rip off.

This hotel was rated 4 stars it isn’t clean at all. The floors had lots of stains, fingers prints everyone where had to wipe things down myself l.I walked in and wanted to turn right back around. The employees were friendly but the hotel Isn’t located in the best area. Parking was very expensive and you can’t park your car yourself which I think that’s crazy due to covid but they won’t clean your room for this reason. First time there but wouldn’t return.
