Staff was very nice and professional. room was very clean.

It was really clean. Not too much noise. The ice machine was in a decent spot. But most of all the bathroom was really clean. Fresh linen etc

I was not impressed, it was not very clean, not dirty, just not really clean. The most disappointing thing was that the fitted sheet and mattress pad would not stay on the bed, the elastic was shot. So I spent the night fixing the sheets and not getting sleep. In addition, the room was way over priced, over $200 a night for 1 double bed. One good thing, the breakfast was very good.

Decor is dated. Room a/c was very loud making it difficult to sleep

The front desk clerk Sherlene was very rude. Couldn't ask a question fully before she cut me off, several times. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The TV had a black mark that turn red on the peoples face on tv. I will not be staying here again

Trip was canceled due to weather and was told the room was canceled with no charge. Now I see that not true.

The hotel was adequate, the location was perfect near restaurants and shopping. Our room was ok the carpet was stained but the rest of the room was clean.

The room was comfy and clean. The Staff was polite and helpful, it added to the great get away trip!

Up on business and this motel was in the perfect spot with plenty of eatery around.

I paid $139 to reserve a room with two queen size beds for this hotel. When we arrived we were given a room with ONE DOUBLE bed and handicapped facilities. When I complained that this was not what I had reserved plus not what I had paid for, the lobby receptionist clearly could not have cared less. I was offered I smoking room (which reeked) or a rollaway bed. There was no "I'm sorry" or "Let me see how I can make the customer happy." I'm not sure if this was the internet travel site's fault or the hotel's fault, but it was a very unpleasant experience and terrible night's sleep.

This hotel is located in THE perfect part of town! Lots of food to choose from - there's also a target and ikea and plenty of other shopping! It's literally 10 minutes from Towson town center. My kids enjoyed the pool as well and the breakfast was great.

This is our standby when family comes or we need a place to stay. During the snows, our furnace went out. We went to stay overnight until the repairs could be made the next day. Our room was a king but small. No closet, no place to put coats, luggage, and instead of a closet, the space was a locked storage closet in the room. After dinner, we came back and hunkered in. During the night, the heat went out in the room. Two of the 4 floors are under renovation, so not that many rooms. The desk clerk came up and fiddled with the thermostat to no avail. He brought extra blankets. The next morning we were going to get a break on the room but were told no since we booked with on this site. Not a happy stay.
