Clean hotel with great location & staff!

Extremely clean room and facilities. All staff members were very professional & friendly & helpful. Lots of shops, restaurants * cafes around the area became it was by the inner harbor waterfront. Will definitely come again!

Room was very spacious and contained a lot of amenities such as a full size fridge. Finding the place and parking were a challenge. More signage at the street level and telling people which garage is best to park in would be recommended. Overall, I was very happy with the place. It was only about a 15 minute walk to Camden Yards.

The neighborhood is not safe. The staff was somewhat friendly. Only 1 elevator works. The place looks run down. The shower was horrible. Water pressure is almost non-existent. You need to use a 3 towel system, bath, face and hand.

Dirty outside-couldn't even tell it that we had arrived if our GPS didn't tell us. It is located less than 1/8 of a mile from a major hospital-ambulance sirens at all hours. Very noisy.
