Great property, very clean. Fast valet service. Good value for the money.

Great hotel. Staff was amazing. The manager at the front desk/check-in made the experience excellent.

I liked everything except there are no microwaves in room. Only 1 microwave in lobby area and you have to wait if some else is using it. There was a refrigerator in room which was convenient.

Everything was fine AFTER we received enough clean/dry towels. The initial towels were either soaking wet or damp. They were NOT previously used. I had no problem getting them replace in the correct amount.

We checked in late due to flight issues I called earlier that day to let them know. We reserved two queen size beds for 3 adults when we checked in they had over booked and didn’t have our room available only a king bed. They didn’t offer two rooms to accommodate us so one person had to sleep on the tile floor. When asked for an extra blanket and pillow they brought up a blanket but informed us they were out of pillows.

I was originally in room 729 the first night and it was awful! I'm not sure who designed the room but, the bed and television are not in alinement for two people in bed. That room needs to be upgraded so that everyone can enjoy the tv.

Property an everything about it was great. Knowing I was in downtown Baltimore I was hoping to get away from some of the poverty and people trying to bum off of me but that didn’t happen

Very clean, nice size rooms and make sure you make reservations for pool. Front desk staff was nice.

The hotel room is good Large bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful.

bedrooms good, could not use the pool due to construction and was not informed ahead of time was disappointed not to use it.

It is a very nice property ... but I just wish I had been made aware that they were in the midst of remodeling. I woukd like to know what the Lobby area was supposed to look like... and only one elevator during my stay. I DID like the room key safety feature for the Elevator though!

Staff was nice, valet parking was $35 but is ok I guess nice hotel to stay.

Nowhere on the reservation does it mention they charge you $35.00 a night to park your car there! I’ve never heard of a hotel that charges you to park! Not only that when I left I was charged TWICE for one nights parking and have to wait a week for my refund!!

Location was very good. Cleanliness and comfort were good. About the only thing I didn't care for was the too-long wait for a taxi upon leaving.
