1500 words is not enough to explain my displeasure with my experience. Here are the highlights: Arrive at 3:40M, waiting in a 2 hour 20 minute line. I got on the Orbitz App and tried to see if there was a way to cancel and was told that the virtual agent could not contact anyone at the hotel after several attempts and I would lose my entire amount if I cancelled. He was extremely helpful, and I have no problem with Orbitz and how you managed this, just to clarify. Got to the desk only to be told my room wasn’t ready. Had to go to the show, was told I’d get a text when room was ready, put stuff back into the car. Got a text the room was ready at 6:26. Was at the show by then. After the show we came back to find another line. Finally got my keys at midnight. Not once while in line did anyone let us know what was going on, why the delay. I get there only seemed to be a couple of people at the desk, maybe they were shorthanded, but say something and at least let me know you understand the situation and are at least a little apologetic for a situation not of my own making. Really what I want is my money back, but I’m sure there is no chance of that happening, so beware before you stay at this property.

It is a very pretty hotel in a great location. It was mostly very quiet except for a few rude guests. Excellent location. Walk across the street to the inner harbor. Lots of dining options, including vegan!
Great location. Walkable. Enjoyed park and playground on top of the nearby hill. We stayed a night to break a long drive with a small child and hotel is extremely convenient just minutes from highway.
I absolutely loved the harbor view! I loved the view at night, it was very peaceful and serene....as far as a city scape could be! I also enjoyed the catwalk from the parking deck to the promenade where the shops and restaurants were located. I also loved the glass elevator that took me to my room. This hotel stay was excellent. I also loved the pillows and the bed, they were so comfortable. The Hyatt Regency definitely made an impression on me. I also liked the express checkout and the discount i got for paying for parking. It was a very centrally located hotel that made my stay in Baltimore that much more enjoyable! I will definitely be back!
I liked that there was a lot I could walk to. I chose it for that reason.

My visit was pleasant. I am planning on visiting again and I would definitely recommend this hotel for future travel. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is quite expensive. We decided to do breakfast on the last day, 2 cups of coffee, 2 kiddy pancakes and an omlette = $40. Each cup of coffee was $4 w/ no refills. WOW. It was just a get-away weekend. This is gouging
We loved the convenience of the parking garage. Our neighbors in the room next to us were noisy, but they eventually quieted down.

Great location to visit the inner harbor
We stayed here b/c my partner had stayed here before and said it was great! HE WAS LYING!!! The outside of the hotel concrete is literally falling apart, they were replacing windows on day 1 of our stay. Carpets in common areas are disgustingly dirty, and dirty towels are piled up in the hallways. There was an elevator broken down; stationary and open for 5 hours! They aren't cleaning rooms; we stayed 4 nights and they claimed that housekeeping would do our room once- THEY EVEN MISSED THAT!! They didn't tell us before we booked about limited housekeeping. We had to haul trash bags full of clean towels up from the front desk, along with our daily water. The pool was full of leaves and debris. The hallways constantly smelled like weed, and on the weekends, there were loud parties/music happening in many rooms. No valet/doorman service except on the weekend. This Hyatt is not the upscale, full service place we've grown accustomed to. It was basically a Motel 6.
