Hotel is located near Camden yards and National Aquarium (walking distance to both) check in was ridiculous with a half hour wait in the lobby. Rooms was decent but the toilet sits very low to the ground and may be hard for some.

We arrived around 10pm, ample amount of time after check in time, and told our room was not ready. After about 15 minutes of the front desk checking we are placed in a room on a low floor with two Full beds, not what we ordered. We go back to the front desk to explain our dissatisfaction And their attempt to rectify is putting us on 2 floors up from where we were. In addition to this mix up my husband and I had to handle, we were unable to attend our dinner plans because of how long the switching of rooms took. The hotel itself is fine and basic but will not return.

Love hotel service and staff no good

Trashy service staff have bad attitude they charged my card so mucb for nothing got it sorted out but money still hasnt been released! I really love the hotel location comfort excellent but service sucked and the breakfast bistro place bad service stood 2 hrs two days in row and my family and i didnt even get seated at a table or chance order to go or anything staff walked past us took care of other customers that came after us felt very racist or i dont know what was the cause of that!

Front desk check in staff was very busy with a group traveling together. However, the two ladies (Gia or Gianna I forgot her name checked me in) at the front desk were FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND FAST!! The hotel itself was amazing. In the hallway while walking to our room we looked out the window (nighttime was best) and had amazing views of the waterfront. Amazing elevator views going up to the room was nice too! Our view from the room was of a parking lot but hey it is Baltimore not every room will have harbor views so you get what you pay for and we didn't pay extra for a harbor view LOL. But really the hotel was very clean and nice I would definitely recommend! Good job Bmore team!
