It was my first time in Baltimore and was there for a trade show. I prefer IHG hotels so I was looking forward to my stay. I arrived late and the person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. I had questions about the general area and she took the time to share ideas. The room was a great size. It was large and I was able to move around and have space to work and chill. It was clean and had ample towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The thermostat worked and I was able to adjust the temp for cool nights and warmer days. The restaurant - B&O - had great food and drinks. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were perfect. I invited clients over one evening and everyone raved about the crab cakes — so try them if you make it there. The night before I left I requested a late checkout because of my flight and again they were super accommodating. When I returned home I had a question about my bill and called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to was helpful and explained something I overlooked. The people that work there make it a great place to stay. I often saw the same people over the 3 night stay and they made it a wonderful visit.

Our stay at Kimpton Baltimore was excellent. The area was a bit sketchy, however we felt safe enough to walk to and from the inner harbor. The staff ( including the valet) was friendly, and helpful and provided best-in-class service.

Our second stay with the hotel, first in Baltimore. What a gorgeous place! We opted for a room with a city view (14th floor) for added luxury. The staff, each and every one of them that we were in contact with, were amazing! You couldnt walk by anyone without being acknowledged, or asked if there was anything that could be provided for us. We usually come for the hotel's aesthetic, but we keep coming back for the incredible service. Only a shame that there arent Kimptons everywhere! A recommendation for anyone thinking of booking: just use the valet! Navigation for parking/garages can be a real headache for out of towners. Let the pros do it for you!

The room was a bit cold, heat is capped at 76 and water doesn’t get very warm. I can understand there’s an energy savings, but it made the stay not so comfortable. Otherwise the location and staff was great! Hotel bar and restaurant was amazing. Check in was pretty seamless with the exception of valet. The valet was a bit confusing at first.
