Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor

The staff was great. The room was nice but the HVAC was too loud and blew too much.

I've stayed in many hotels, Kimpton has by far exceeded in its customer service!! Great groups of people.

Cool room, great for kids. Enjoyed it. Hotel was also historical and a great experience. Also, walking distance to the Inner Harbor and Aquarium.

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. Always enjoy our stay. Walking distance to the bay area and great restaurants. Hotel rooms are in very good condition and clean. Pet friendly.

We have always had a great experience at Kimpton hotels, and our stay at the Hotel Monaco in Baltimore was no different. The hotel was historically grand to please the adults, and the bunk beds were loved by my kids. The staff was very friendly and our room was in great shape and very clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We'd love to see better parking accommodations ($40 for overnight parking is insane--we used an app and got a spot a block away for $8 in another garage) and bigger beds as the full size was a bit tight for two grown adults.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and updated, dog friendly amenity was a plus!

The hotel is in an incredibly beautiful and unique building. The rooms are spacious . They would have liked to have had an extra blanket but the pillows are soft and plentiful. This hotel is walking distance to the Inner Harbor and the convention center. The staff was friendly and helpful and were much more pleasant than your average hotel staff. If I were in Baltimore I would choose this hotel again.

Thai was my first stay at a Monaco. I will definitely look for the name in other cities in the future! What a gorgeous vintage hotel blended so well with contemporary updates. Loved!

What a delightful experience though brief it was a last minute reservation and stay for appointments early the next morning at Johns Hopkins. We will definitely return to this hotel!

I stayed at the hotel on an overnight business trip. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I found odd was that at breakfast they would not give me a table by myself but was informed that I had to sit at the bar. Other than that it was as I said, Quick and Painless

Beautiful building, wonderful comfy rooms, and very dog-friendly. We stay here several times per year.

This hotel is a lovely conversion of the historic B&O railroad headquarters. The lobby is truly magnificent and unlike some other historic building conversions this one has comfortable rooms with all the modern conveniences and comfortable environment.

Very nice hotel and reasonable in price. We would definitely celebrate our anniversary there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful historic building. We had a fantastic time visiting Balimore for our short stay in September. This hotel is in a great location. Complimentary wine and appetizers for guests every evening. Would love to return again if we find ourselves in the Baltimore area.

Large rooms, great décor. Much more value than Hyatt or Hilton. No charge for internet. Good late night room service.

I travel often for business and pleasure. I arrived for a 2 night stay at Hotel Monaco and I've never had a worse hotel experience. Between being awoken by barking dogs and screaming children, there was a fire alarm that went off for 1.5 hours starting at 7am. There are just too many hotel options to choose from to pick this location. I'm done with Kimpton as a brand also. They are overpriced and underwhelming spaces.

We were just stopping here overnight on a long drive, but the Kimpton Hotel made it feel like a second vacation. As soon as we arrived (at 1:30am, which the staff was just as cheerful and helpful as if it was 3pm), and saw the gorgeous historic marble staircase and the beautifully appointed room, I started googling Kimpton Hotels in other cities to plan future trips. I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when I just need a hotel for a night and want to know what to expect. This hotel was way more fun and more beautiful for basically the same price. My daughter said, "I want to live in this house!" Me too, baby, me too!

I have stayed in this hotel and twice have had a fantastic experience. The rooms feel very special and luxurious for an affordable price. Also they were very accommodating to my large lab for no extra cost.

The staff and the hotel are (simply put) "exactly what you want"...they are friendly, helpful, the hotel is beautiful, rooms clean, beds comfy, and all the amenities you need. I've been back three times and each time its a wonderful experience. My only recommendation for the hotel is to make the internet experience easier. The service they use asks for everything about you before letting you sign on, or else you pay a fee. For such a nice hotel, charge a few bucks in the room rate so we can login and be done with it. Anyhow, I'm going back soon though, love the place!

This is not a Luxe 4 start but still a good hotel.
