Amazing room, very friendly and helpful staff and awesome breakfast. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased. It exceeded expectations.

Very recently stayed for two nights at the SpringHill Suites - Inner Harbor. We were very impressed with how the hotel was designed in keeping with many aspects of the old bank building that it used to be - high ceilings, very nice lobby and some cool old features like the mail chutes, etc. The staff at SHS was very accommodating and the housekeeping was great. Props to the Valet service for their friendliness and quick service! Baltimore itself was terrific from the Inner harbor area, to the International Aquarium and Camden Yards (tour) which was very interesting! Would definitely choose SHS again.

interesting, older converted bank building ample breakfast in the AM courteous staff

Booked this room as a gift for my daughter to attend Comic Con at the Convention Center. The property was within safe walking distance. Parking was an EXTRA 32.00 dollars but she was able to drive in and out and pay one time only. She remarked that the staff was extremely accommodating for every special request which made this room a great value. The breakfast was a nice way to get started in the morning. She did comment that the TV did not work but it did not effect the quality of her stay because there is so much to do and see in Baltimore. The room had two queens and a living space for spending time with friends. I felt better knowing that she was not commuting the hour and a half between the outskirts of DC and Baltimore at night and during rush hour three days in a row. Thank you Spring Hill staff for making her stay a vacation to remember.

The stay was great. hotel staff was very courteous

It was a good hotel with decent service and room. Felt a little old, but was maintained well with modern amenities upgraded. For the price, I would stay here again and again. It was also in prime location.

Very hard to park around here and doesnt have place to eat or drink. No where to hangout. Staff was cool.

between 11pm to 2 am, we could not sleep. There were people chanting on the street after walking out of a nearby bar.

My Wife and I went for the New years eve bash in the inner harbor. The hotel was only two blocks away and had the best staff. When ever we needed information, the staff did not hesitate to help us. Room was clean the only problem was the separation of the bathroom and the sink. I have always had the sink in the same room as my toilet. The sink was across from the bathroom. Don't think it was on the other side of the room. The whole trip was a success due to the fact that the hotel was not far from the event. Very Satisfied.

The hotel overall was nice and clean, and the Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The room had plenty of space, and very clean. The "kitchen" area has a mini fridge, and microwave stored in a cabinet above the sink, which was not a big deal. However, it may have been a bit better to have a full size fridge, as we did a lot of eating out, and brought stuff back to the room for later, and ran out of fridge space. Also, the lack of glassware was a bit strange, as there were eating utensils (plastic ware), but nothing to use to drink out of. The breakfast that is offered is excellent with a lot of options to choose to eat. The one bad thing is the location, which it seems all the hotels are in a bad location when it comes to traffic and noise. DO NOT get a lower floor room, as you will hear all the traffic, horns, and people on the street all night.

We spent 6 days at Spring Hill Suites. The rooms were very nice and breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were interested in the Convention Center and Inner Harbor; these were a short walk away.

Great time celebrating anniversary getaway. Only a block and a half from Inner Harbor. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The complimentary Breakfast was a wonderful addition to the weekend stay.

The staff was VERY friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

The location is 2 blocks from the harbor, so a short walk and you are there! I went to Baltimore to see Camden Yards, the ballpark is also only a few blocks away. The hotel is close to all restaurants, museums, and the harbor. The only thing i didn't know about was the parking. Upon arrival i was instructed that you must use valet parking ($32. per day, in and out as many times as you need) because of crime and vandalism at night. Needless to say, I used the valet but didn't need my car at all. The car was returned in perfect condition.

This hotel is close to the Inner Harbor, but that's about all it has going for it. The rooms are nothing special, the view is of another building being renovated, and the staff needed to be reminded more than once to service the room. We probably wouldn't stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend stay here. It is close within walking distance to the harbor. I have no complaints except that the valet parking is very very slow in getting you your car. We called at 11:30am to have car at 12 Noon. They said ok but car didn't arrive until 12:30pm. The front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly.

It was a nice experience the staff were friendly and when we got in the room it Wes nice and clean. But then I have to move the sofa bed which shows an old cherrios under the bed. Breakfast buffet were awesome. Walking distance to attractions.

needed extra space for family gathering. The hotel does have a microwave, fridge and small countertop in the room, but no real plates or silverware, just two paper plates and some plastic utensils so plan ahead if you want to make tea or something like that in the room. The staff were very nice however and the room was adequately clean.

We arrived at the hotel and the staff were so nice. Our baggage were accommodated since we were early and no room is ready. When we finally got a room it was nice. Their were two wide screen tv and the room was spacious enough for my family. Then when I move the sofa bed to center with the tv, their were cherrios on the floor, old dark cherrios. That was yucky, and when we open the sofa bed their was no beddings, when I found the zip lock with beddings and pillows in it, it was dirty and unfolded. I called front desk and ask for a beddings for the sofa bed. Then me and my wife went to a night out. Kids stay in the room with their grandpa. When were back at pass midnight. The beddings we're not delivered yet. So I had to call again. And it didn't took 10 seconds to send the beddings to us. Beds were old but nice. Overall the stay we're ok and the breakfast buffet were awesome. My advice. Move the furniture, check under beds, furniture and make sure the room is cleaned properly.

Great location, just a couple of blocks walk from inner harbor. Room clean, average. TV did not work correctly. A big surprise to us was parking. It was rather expensive. Add another $30-$35/day to price for room. Continental breakfast was good with wide variety of choices. Be certain to get there way before 9am or they will start cleaning up right at 9am while you are trying to make food choices.
