BEST PLACE TO STAY
This hotel is full of truck drivers
Very plain and unattractive building close to a highway and a shopping mall nearby. Staff were almost invisible. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly large.
It is good place to stay nearby for Baltimore, nice room
Good value but needs an upgrade. Suitable for 1 night stay.
It was good and it was clear. We had a great time staying there and we would go back there again.
The hotel is close to highway and food. Quiet and clean
We came back after midnight and there was some kind of event going on at the hotel and there was not a single parking spot available. We ended up parking almost three blocks away near some sketchy looking warehouse and walking back in the poring rain. I hardly slept because I was so worried about our car getting towed or broken into. Also, the continental breakfast was a huge disappointment. All they offered were bagels, a few pastries, raisin brand, apples, coffee, milk, and juice.
There were people all over the place, hanging out in the parking lot and the lobby like it was a club. Pretty sure there were multiple people smokojgbweeb outside, and something was stolen from my car.
This hotel lives up to its name - it was the best value for its location & amenities. The location is certainly quiet and convenient going in or out of Baltimore. The best was comfy, and rooms were relatively clean with fridge and coffee maker. There was a communal microwave in the corner of the lobby, but not one in the room I was in. The included breakfast was standard fare - cereal, coffee, juices, white bread and bagels for toasting, and a bowl of apples off to the side. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.
At night it was bad, but in daylight it was horrible. I had to remove bedspread and could use blanket because they where dirty and had other people's hair 9n them. When I reached down to plug in my charger, there was a torn piece of a condom wrapper next to the nightstand. Needless to say I slept fully clothed. In the morning when I opened the blinds, I realized that the small sofa was dingy, dirty and stained. Every surface seemed to have cigarette burns. Why was an ashtray provided in a non-smoking room? On 2 walls I saw what looked like blood spatter and smears. I still want to call the police to investigate. When I checked out, the clerk wasn't mean, but he wasn't friendly either. Some of the clientele were creepy. One woman was half dressed and barefoot in the lobby. She sat picking scabs while waiting. I took pictures but the button to upload isn't responding.
When we arrived at the hotel, the police were there looking for someone and a man was standing in the lobby yelling at children who were playing in the hall. Upon leaving the hotel for dinner, the hotel clerk was in the process of trying to turn away a woman who was too high or drunk to rent a room, and she was being very loud and disruptive. When we came back to the hotel from dinner, the police had returned for another reason. As we were checking out the next morning, we were waiting in line behind a woman who was very upset -- housekeeping had "mixed up" the room (according to the hotel clerk) and accidentally cleaned her room, stealing her coat and belongings, and money from her wallet. She was told that there was nothing they could do about it except file a complaint. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.
My stay was pleasant staff are very polite and helpful...oh and I love the fruit punch they have when you go to breakfast.
Very cheap hotel but so are the rooms. Far from the Baltimore action so make sure you have a car.
Not bad stay. worth for the rate. The rooms are neat
