When we arrived at the hotel, the police were there looking for someone and a man was standing in the lobby yelling at children who were playing in the hall. Upon leaving the hotel for dinner, the hotel clerk was in the process of trying to turn away a woman who was too high or drunk to rent a room, and she was being very loud and disruptive. When we came back to the hotel from dinner, the police had returned for another reason. As we were checking out the next morning, we were waiting in line behind a woman who was very upset -- housekeeping had "mixed up" the room (according to the hotel clerk) and accidentally cleaned her room, stealing her coat and belongings, and money from her wallet. She was told that there was nothing they could do about it except file a complaint. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

My stay was pleasant staff are very polite and helpful...oh and I love the fruit punch they have when you go to breakfast.

Very cheap hotel but so are the rooms. Far from the Baltimore action so make sure you have a car.

Not bad stay. worth for the rate. The rooms are neat

Nice and affordable,Staff was polite and i will be back again.Highly Recomended

Overall the motel is pretty good value for what u pay for. Just wished they update the rooms. Seem pretty old fashion.

only used this hotel for 2 nights when we were in town for a baseball game. its ideal if you just need some place to sleep and dont want to pay all the money to stay in the downtown area

Bed was so comfortable !! Even though I had a smoking room because of my boyfriend but the room didn't even smell like a smoking room like previous hotel experiences and location is great

This was the best budget-priced hotel we've stayed in for years. Clean, smells good, nice staff.

Made a last minute trip to visit my siblings in Baltimore/dundalk/essex. it was in a great location, very clean, no problems or issues. Breakfast was ok. Loved the fruit punch! Very quiet and in a great central location. No more than 5-15 minutes from everywhere i needed to go.. including the new horseshoe casino downtown :) loved my stay. Great value overall!.

Pretty convenient to get to, although going back and forth to inner harbor have to pay toll four dollars each way. Room are in good shape. No problems, good wifi not too slow.

very good excellent staff organized neat and clean well maintained

Very clean close to home quiet peaceful I would definitely stay again

The staff was very nice and helpful mY room was very clean upon arrival the bed was very comfortable..

This hotel was close to where I needed to be for work.

Left my Ipad and Iphone in room to charge. When we got back they were both gone. The manager looked at the video (so he says) and evidently covered for the maid. I will never stay at an Americas Best Value Inn again.

The hotel is too close to freeway. I can hear the cars all night. Other than that, it was great. The room is big and clean.

The hotel staff was very hopeful. Room was clean and roomy. I will be coming back here in 2 weeks. I really enjoyed my stay here.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years and are always satisfied.

needed somewhere to stay near the harbor that wouldn't cost too much since I didn't plan to spend much time in the room. This hotel was a perfect choice. It was clean, it didn't break my pockets, it was easy to find, and I'd definitely stay again.
