stay away from this property. disgusting, dirty and unsafe. upon check-in my room door was broke with no security lock and they did not want to change my room.

The property was very misleading online. The place was dirty and undergoing renovations. The first room we had bed and door was broken. They moved us to a better room but the condition of the overall building was not nice. We did not trust the free breakfast and opted to eat at a local place. Location was the only good thing about the property.

Not sure the time frame... But this was a buyout from a previous hotel, renovations had not been completed and was lacking amenities it claimed to have.

I arrived at the hotel just to find out they were overbooked. My room was not available even though I had already paid through orbitz. The rep at the front desk advised they had no more king size beds available for the night when I advised I had already paid ahead of time. She advised she could do nothing to help me due to hotel being overbooked. At first she sent me to a queen size bed room, but room had no lock and door did not close. Went back to front desk and she placed me in another queen size, once again even though I paid for king size. When in room. There were fights breaking out in rooms and in hallway. I can keep going with how negative my experience was but it was just too much!

The gentleman called to confirm 5 hrs prior to check- in and told me room was on first come basis- then charged to my card once I confirmed arrival.(I was in transit) When we arrived he told us room type was unavailable and that we had to wait for another room to be cleaned. He blamed overbooked and it was 3 rd party (Orbitz’s fault) This new room he said was a suite with 1 bed and pullout couch. I had reserved 2 Queen.He said first 5 min then 10 and after almost 15 minutes later, he left and I asked the other clerk (a woman) for assistance and she was very nice and confused and concerned that our room was changed. She actually found our original room😳. So 40 minutes after arriving to actually make it to the room. The room, especially the bathroom is in need of repairs and refresh. Stains on carpet(also in hallway), rusty hardware, mildew stains in bathroom, dirty towels under the vanity, door was dirty, and no ventilation- we could not operate thermostat. I will say that all the employees except for the initial male clerk, were friendly and helpful. One young man helped us when the stained key card wouldn’t work either on the elevator or our room. Because the staff seemed overwhelmed we didn’t call. Additionally, on the Comfort Inn site, Parking is listed as free. This was not the case. We were told again by the original clerk to park the car on the side by the green dumpster and the valet would come out. This was second dumpster near hotel.

First alternate room was provided, given keys and proceeded to room only to find out that room was already occupied. Apparently system was not updated with current status of each room. 2nd alternate room was provided, did not have linens for pullout sofa bed. Hotel did not have any additional pillows. Bedroom television did not have a remote. Staff was great in apologizing

The location is on point! Bravo! I have a phobia of staying on low floor rooms and the fabulous staff gave me the 8th floor with a harbor view for 67 bucks! So what the place is not perfect, Saving money I got to shop and have a bast! I will return.

First of all, this isn't a Comfort Inn anymore. It's Brookstone Suites and is being renovated. So if you're looking for a Comfort Inn sign...it isn't there. The staff was GREAT but get a low mark because in my 2 day visit, never got any housekeeping. There is SO much wrong with this place, mainly because its undergoing a renovation. I was on the 11th floor in one of their "suites". The room is huge (it's actually 2 rooms). Half has a sofa, table, TV (that didn't work) and kitchenette. The other half, the bed, a folding table that housed the TV on top. If you wanted the TV (that worked) to work, you had to unplug it, wait 60 sec, and then plug it back in. Every time. You want ice? No ice machine, BUT if you take your ice bucket across the street to the Subway Shop, you can get ice. There is no early check in so don't show up early hoping to get your room. Once 3pm did arrive, the computer system hadn't downloaded so everyone in the waiting room had to wait about 30 mins. Complementary breakfast? Nope. Housekeeping never showed up over the 2 days....they forgot about me because I did SEE housekeeping carts. I was on the 11th floor and many of the rooms were being torn apart. And Parking is down the street and will cost you $25 a day ($10 a day on weekends). Now, what was NICE....it's close to the inner harbor and aquarium (2 blocks) and it's a fairly quick (15 min) walk to Camden Yards. Would not recommend this place AT THIS TIME.

Property is in horrible condition. It needs a complete renovation. Some room doors were broken in. Elevator does not reliably function. No ramp to get inside, only stairs. No room number posted on the wall outside of our room! No pack and plays or cribs. Air conditioning only worked in sitting area, not bedroom.

We booked. We received a confirmation, and they gave our room away . I traveled with a baby and woman.

Close to the aquarium and harbor, Hotel left alot to be desire. Shower curtain rod was broken so you couldn't close the curtain. Had due to the way the doors from the other rooms would slam when the guest would enter or exit their rooms this went on all throughout the night

They are understaff. No house keeping. No breakfast. Slow services

The property is under renovation. This should really be told to people up front before they book. Our room was missing a TV in one room and the Tv in the othrr only worked if you unplugged it and replugged it back in. They did not have internet hooked up to the TV yet so we could not watch movies. There was one trashcan in the entire suite. A few lights burned out. Housekeeping didnt come the entirity of our stay and no breakfast as advertized for half of it.

Staff was terrible and extremely slow with any request. Jamal and Brian at the front desk do not belong working there. The name of the hotel was very hard to find as it was labeled Berkshire suites instead of comfort inn and suites.... very confusing. The hotel manager just helped himself into my room without knowing or knocking on the door. He stated the room was showing vacant but then said sorry I thought you requested extra towels. Hmmm.... how does a vacant room make a request for extra towels??? Very concerning and I will would never recommend this place or any comfort inn and suites to anyone nor will I ever stay at another one of there properties. Thanks, Very very dissatisfied customer

The worse hotel I have ever stayed. First of all, no parking on site. Check in time is extremely long. Elevator, hallway, room smells horrible. Everything in the room is old and dirty, a lot of mold everywhere. We stayed in the room 903 with bedroom and living room. The only thing positive is the view that’s all. We checked in around 3:30pm and requested additional bedding set right away from the phone, gentlemen said he was the only one and was extremely busy to checking in people, would bring it to us as soon as possible. We ended up picking it up ourselves around 8pm because no one ever came. He didn’t give us pillows and promised to bring it up in 10 min, guess what.... never happened. Horrible place.
