I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The only two things I wanted to note were that I did not receive my 2 bottled waters when I arrived and had to go back down to the desk to ask for them (not that significant but it is little things like that perk that make me enjoy being a Hilton honors member). The other thing that was different than any other time I have stayed at any other Hilton is the pillows in our room were very very uncomfortable. That is not something I have ever experienced at Hilton in our many stays. Otherwise, the Hilton was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Our room had a great view. No complaints!

A good property, great location. Attending a baseball game at Camden Yards, you can just walk across the street from the lobby. You are also close to a lot of downtown Baltimore venues as well. A nice property, it does lack a few things. The entire dining options, bar, and other amenities are closed due to outlandish COVID regulations. The coffee bar that is open is in deplorable condition and the staff is not professional. This is why I docked a star in my review.

Parking is terrible ($35) for a Night and it’s no space to park.yes in hotel parking garage!! And this fee is at cost even when you stay..the fee should be way cheaper if you are staying...

Very clean rooms. Conference rooms were cold and were not offered beverages other than coffee or tea as was advertised for the conference.

I liked the location. The check in process was terrible! The staff didn't care how long you waited. It was a very busy time as people were checking in for the Ravens game. It took me over 30 min. to check in. There were only two people on the front desk and one of them spent her time talking with one man. she carried on a conversation while the other woman checked in six different people. I had reservation so there was no need for it to take that long! Additionally they changed the parking process since I had talked to them about parking. I was given the price of $32 and it cost $48. When I went to leave the parking deck was told I could either pay the $ 48 or just stay parked.

Far as the pillows they may have been foam pillows; I know foam can be uncomfortable to people because it can be hard, I do apologise.
