The property was clean and quiet. The Bistro was great for breakfast. However, the Skybar, lobby bar and restaurant were not open for business. I'm not sure if this is due to the covid shutdown or if they will reopen in the near future. That said, the Bistro was perfect for breakfast and such.

Nice place to stay

Rooms and lobby are very nice, beds are super comfortable, staff is friendly and location is walkable to Inner Harbor. Price to park car is high at $45. I read another review that said it was $25 so that was a bit of a shock. Was also disappointed that the rooftop and all other bar/restaurants were closed but they did recently reopen so I’m guessing they will open soon

Spoke to the front desk in person, about additional wash cloths and towels. Never received them. Used the room phone twice to call for them, received the voice mail twice, no response. When I checked out, I mentioned to the front desk person what happened, he apologized and said they do not respond to the voice messages. The bedroom temperature could not be properly regulated, either it was too cold or too hot. The fan in the bathroom was inoperable. The Bakery food was great. Drinks at the bar and food were excellent, except for the sweet potatoes fries which were mushy, I assume frozen, not fresh. The Magician who stopped by our table was entertaining, since I had two minor children with me.

Very nice you can tell it's a older hotel but they take good care of it had a great time

Very nice downtown hotel. Valet parking is nice. Room had a nice view. would definitely stay there again.

It is unbelieveably noisy, they provide you earplugs in your room and blame it on the age of thr building, which is not a good excuse not to renovate. The bathroom in my room was aweful. The water temperature either scalding or cold. No in between. The bathroom mirror was falling off the wall and couldve shattered all over the floor. Overall, I will never stay here again nor will I advise others. The front desk wanted to offer me only breakfast for the inconvenience. I declined, they comped the valet fee instead. That was suitable. Honestly, I've stayed in Motel 6 which was nicer than this hotel Not to mention its HAUNTED.

Great location. Historic hotel with an amazing lobby that maintains the history and beauty. Rooms are clean and bathroom has a large wide window shelf to hold alot of items

Staff was fantastic, room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff members, along with the effortless check-in/check-out process, is always awesome. We loved our room and its location. We can't wait to go back:)! Thank you so much and keep up the wonderful service!

Great location the staff was very friendly also just wasn't happy with the parking situation if staying be prepared to pay a high cost for parking just not happy with that

It was clean and comfortable. Will possibly stay again.

Lovely , both elegant and in need of repairs. Hot water is good, reasonable water pressure, spacious. Not well stocked if you forget a toothbrush.

Stacey - Thank you for leaving this great review. Our new restaurant "The Chesapeake" will be opening this winter and our Skybar will be open to the public starting in spring of 2023. We hope you will visit us again, and get to enjoy both of those options in our hotel.
