easy check-in, parking fee was ridiculous, roof top patio apparently only opens for the summer, bar is open till 2a.m which is a plus due to much of the city shutting down after 12am

It was ok. good walking distance to a lot of things.

Hotel needs an update on fixtures. Room was filled with little flies.

Last minute unexpectedly booked and it’s a gem. Great location, walking distance to inn harbour. Tavern in lobby actually had good food! More than I was expecting!

Hotel was comfortable but entry was disappointing, one exit was closed and had to enter at the side. No ice machine on my floor, that was disappointing. Lighting in the room was poor but room was clean. Had to call for sheets, had quick response time. Chris was great, young middle eastern clerk gave poor directions via phone days before checking in. That was unfortunate because the stay could have been extended had proper directions been provided.

Overall, it was fine. We really liked the old historic vibe of a majestic hotel. Unfortunately, it was so dark everywhere throughout the property that the architecture was hidden. The staff was great but the valet parking was a little slow and pricey.

We we're really impressed with the old girl. I was scptical because of the location and the age of ths building. However, as soon as we got in, the staff made up for any and every negative vibe we had. The price was right. You really can't have a better experience at this price. The service continued at the bar. Joey really made us feel like we were special. He convinced the chef to stay and fix us some wings and fries, even though the kitchen was closed. There was one issue, the shower! Because of the age of the building, the temperature was hard to get right. It could go from on extreme to the other. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We can't wait until our next trip.

Nice, updated, clean. Shower/tub was a little small and dated but otherwise I have no complaints. Good location within walking distance to Inner Harbor.

Not one to complain about hotels. As long as the sheet look clean and they stock toilet paper in the bathroom, I really don’t mind what hotel I stay at. But considering the usual price of this hotel, the parking and traffic noise is enough to not make a stay here worth it. Police and emergency sirens went on all night. Valet parking is $31/night or else self parking is a block and a half away. It’s too bad because the rest of the experience was very nice and the atmosphere of the hotel is very quaint. I suggest keeping your money and find a Best Western that’s off the highway with their own parking lot.

The property was clean, quiet and safe. It is readily accessible by public transportation. Baltimore is an old city, and its streets are crowded during lots of the day, most especially at rush hour. The Lord Baltimore is close to the Mt Vernon district. The restaurant and the bar age quite nice.

Hotel's surprisingly far from the Inner Harbor amd most restaurants. Ubered. We showed up to check in and were told we'd be getting an upgrade because of a membership status we have with one of the travel sites...except that thrn the clerk said nevermind, there were no upgrade rooms available. She put us in a large room, but with no view (i.e., the next room was almost touching distance across a small air funnel) and no apology. Room was spacious, decor was manly, but the bathroom had only been partially renovated (old yellowing subway tile shower and fixtures that didn't match the rest of the room, which was blacks and grays), and the paint job from that upgrade was poorly done (very sloppy). Upon checkout, only got charged half of valet parking and no late checkout fee, which was clearly posted as being $50.

Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Only blocks away from harbor. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was amazing. We decided to stay an extra night.

We were in town for a baseball game and arrived earlier than our check in time. We asked the front desk if it was possible to check in and they were more than happy to get us taken care of. The room we got was perfect. We were able to see part of the stadium from our room. We will return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lord Baltimore. Room was large, clean, newly renovated, but with a few oddities. The lighting, especially in the bathroom was dim. The bathroom is huge, but badly designed so that there is inadequate shelf space. Still, the hotel was clean, nice looking centrally located and the staff, though sometimes harried, were kind.

Valet was to expensive. Bar closed to early. Room not worth the price.

Valet staff were nice and accommodating. Front desk staff welcoming and helpful. Bar staff person friendly. But should've honored the menu price for the beer purchased. The check came and it was $2 more than on menu. She should've honored the price listed. Thought that was tacky and poor customer service. She just said the prices changed and didn't seem to care that I was unhappy. The cafe for breakfast left a lot to be desired. Fresh fruit was not that fresh and hot breakfast sandwiches were pre-made and sitting under warmer were not good at all. The room was very nice, beds very comfortable. Our refrigerator smelled horrible. It looked clean but the stench couldn't have been missed by the housekeeping staff.

Large room that was nicely decorated. Lovely lobby. Ate in all three restaurants and food and service was very good.

This is a nice historic hotel with updated amenities, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in a safe part of the city in the middle of downtown, close to Inner Harbor and about a mile walk from Little Italy and Fells Point. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Security in the hotel a good experience for women who travel alone and that help keep down illegal activities in rooms on their premises.

it was an upscale hotel at a very fair price. .
