Clean, efficient hotel
Internet was done. Staff went out of their way to make up for it. Very kind and friendly.
When checking in the hotel the system was down. They made me hand write my credit card on paper. My room was paid for through pay pal, but that didn’t seem to matter. Now, I keep checking to make sure I don’t get charged twice. I had ro call twice, because I had no hot water in my room.
I had paid $676.31 for a room, however the hotel hotel charged a couple $100 dollars more. I dont think that right to do.
All hotel staff were consistently welcoming and courteous and attended to all requests with urgency
The Porters were excellent. The registration and desk staff no so. Breakfast team were great, as was the breakfast despite the crazy cost. Lock down after hours.
I give this a bad rating because I didn't get to stay there - on arrival, I was told I was booked into another non-Marriott hotel several blocks away because the A/C was broken in many rooms and they proactively rebooked people. OK, I give them points for being honest and covering the cost; however, they seemed surprised I did not receive any notice (I hadn't). I give them a low rating because of lack of notice and the inconvenience it overall caused to our weekend (meeting friends staying near the Marriott, the Marriott being very close to Camden Yards, etc).
Not real inner harbor, it’s off-harbor. The name is somehow misleading.
Nice staff, terrible food and dining options due to Covid. They are doing the best they can.
I found the property to be clean and safe. It is also conveniently located close to the harbor. Parking on-site is pricey at 34 dollars per night 20 dollars would be more like it.
I liked where it was located, easy to walk to restaurants, the ball field and inner harbor. I didn't like the noisy people on our floor. It seemed like no one else on the 6th floor was sleeping. There was noise until 1:30am at least.
It’s rough once you leave the property. I think they should be an bill
The location was quite good, what I'd call central, the walk to the edge of the harbor about 15 minutes. There were a couple of restaurants nearby, while i only had one breakfast, the restaurant seemed ok, the bar was well stocked and the staff did a great job. If you want to see the Oriels, it's the place to stay. On the other hand house keeping was a nightmare, I was there nine days and never got clean linen, asked for coffee for in room machine and was told that staff member had none, two requests for room clean up, from the front desk, was told I couldn't ask staff directly, were ignored. The "floor" staff, security, did a pretty good job.
