I've stayed in worse, and stayed in better. Can't beat the location for the price. Room was small, and only window was a view of the center of hotel, a concrete slab, which was littered with trash. No natural light, so room felt very dark. Bathroom was updated and nice. Staff overall was friendly. TV channels very limited. I think about 20 total. We were in walking distance to everything; inner harbor, Camden Yards etc. and whatever was too far, a $6 Uber ride got us there!

I was in town from Boston for 3 nights of Red Sox / Orioles baseball at Camden Yards. This hotel was less than 1/2 mile from the stadium (an easy walk). It is also on the bus line to the inner harbor and the ball park. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, giving us information about the area, providing brochures, and setting up a van ride back to the airport on the day of our departure. The price through Orbitz was the lowest of any other hotel close to the Harbor.

I never do hotel reviews but this experience was so bad I felt I had to save other people the trouble. I requested a double room with a roll away bed. I called an hour before check in to make sure we had a roll away bed and they confirmed. Upon arrival the front desk manager told me that we in fact had no double beds and no roll away and someone should have called us. I reminded her that I just spoke to someone an hour ago and no one said anything. After about 10 minutes she agreed to "upgrade" us to two king rooms and one roll away. We went out for a few hours and came back at 10pm and still no roll away bed. After dealing with staff for an hour they said they had no roll away bed gave us another room. Next morning I get yelled at in the hotel lobby by the manager saying I had no right to take a 3rd room. I told her that I didn't request the room I just wanted the roll away and no one could help us. We leave for the entire day and come back at 9pm... STILL no roll away bed and after another 1.5 hours and back and forth calls with the front desk they agree to give us pillows and blankets so someone can sleep on the floor (which takes another 20 minutes and a walk down to the front desk). The only person at this hotel that was of any help was the maintenance man. I would never ever stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone!

A bit overpriced for the quality of the stay. The room was clean, but furniture and furnishings were dated and beat up.

The hotel would be lovely with some better upkeep and a renovation but my room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Parking was an expensive aspect of this hotel. There is a parking deck across the street that charges by the hour or $15 a day. If we left, we had to start over in charges. I parked for 2 hours and it was $11. Thankfully, on Sunday it is free in front of the hotel and Sunday evening. The hotel is quiet but there is a lot of street notice and ambulances during the night due to the close proximity to hospitals. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are small. It is in a nice part of downtown.

The first room we tried had lamp shades and toilet seat broken, a curtain tie rope missing, and some kids' writings on the wall. The second room (where we spent the night) was poorly vacuumed and the toilet had some brown stripes in the can. On the plus side the response to our complaints and the free beers were welcome.

This hotel was not comfortable, and felt a little like a hostel. The room had very cheap furniture with chores that wouldn't stay closed, sink that seemed rickety, and bathroom tiles that were freezing. The betting seemed queen, but the bathroom floor had somebody's old hair on it, so I didn't have confidence that the room was cleaned well. Also that ice buckets are clearly dusty and dirty. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, but there was clearly somebody smoking weed nearby, and the smell came through the fence several times during our one night stay. there was breakfast included, and the food was typical average hotel breakfast food, but the eating area was very uncomfortable. It was definitely not family-friendly.

Don't!, dirty, smelled, bed uncomfortable, no towels in room

Every piece of furniture/decor in the room, other than the bed, was falling apart and taped together and the room was very rundown and dirty. The ONLY positive i can say was that the bed was comfortable.

The customer service is the pits. You ask for extra towels and they make you go down to the front desk to get them. Ordered outside food and they refuse to let the driver up to our room for delivery...once again having to go back down to the lobby. The breakfast was less than desirable and not many options. All the drinks were warm, eggs were runny and sausage was nothing but grease. Not sure what was up with our room but both my husband and I became very congested after being in the room for 10 mins. As soon as we walked out of the room we were fine.

Front desk agent was on a personal phone call every time I went to the front desk.

Easy access, walking distance to harbour area. Parking beside hotel but does not belong to hotel itself. Used Uber for transport. Excellent staff and services. Nice full breakfast.

The room was not too shabby. It wasn't a very convenient location. About four blocks away from inner Harbor. And the rest of downtown Baltimore The room was clean clean even beyond the fact that it was a particularly old hotel but it wasn't anything that I did not expect. The hotel is centrally located very great for a weekend escape

Hotel was good for the price. Room was small no fridge or microwave but if you are looking for the bare necessities this is the place for you. Was a bit noisy outside and in the halls when it came time to go to sleep but quieted down around 1am.

Rooms are what you pay for. A little small but comfortable. Window AC units which caused a little problem as there was a big hole for hot air to come in. Overall fine hotel but not great.

Very disappointing..Old furniture, very small bathroom with a loose sink..

The place was terrible. The staff are quite arrogant which appears to be due to unresponsive management and they have to deal with issues they have no control. The rooms smell and the showers and facets did not work. The air conditioning was very noisy. Pay a little more and stay in a better place if you need to sleep.

They just took to long to get us to our room. But the one nite stay was ok.

3rd flr, room 303 was clean & comfortable. Able to go back & forth to harbor area do to convient location.
